Revenge: 99-fiction

Something was wrong right from the beginning she knew it.
Switched on the fan and lying down in the bed completely numb.
She got home late, drained, sick, frustrated and absolutely hurt.

Phone rang and hearing something, she was utterly disturbed, disappointed.
Absolutely nothing more could have been cruel.

Her life on the weary-road and she was encountered whilst apart in split mind-set.

Creeping, crying between the sheets and toward the dizzy realisation unsuspecting turns!

Confused, soaking in tears couldn't believe after a little spat and disagreement her beloved boyfriend puts online the pictures secretly taken without her permission!

Seven Simple Strategies at your Work-place

SET GOALS:
Set goals, basically mini goals to achieve in short duration of time. Short duration of time helps in creating a secured crucial time. The set of mini goals will result in target to achieve. Remember and realize that time is limited.

MASTERY IN BASICS:
Be clear with the basic knowledge or basic skills. One must know little concrete of everything to act spontaneously in any field of work place or in the moment of crises.

HAVING PLAN ‘B’, ‘C’... ‘D’:
One must be ready with alternatives to choose the best and act upon. Just in case one plan does not work, one should switch on second alternative and make the best use of the time creating strategy.

STUDY AROUND:
Creating a niche and working over it. Yet being ready to mould a bit to suit the guest need and employees aspirations. There are many success stories from which one can get inspiration and ideas to implement. So do read them thoroughly but do not compare with them, since you are unique.

KNOWING STRENGTH:
Trace out the strength of each and every individual in the department. One can bring the best results if one is working with passion. Their passion is their strength, sharpen it individually uniquely.

COPE UP THE STRESS WITH HEALTHY HABITS:
Understand stress is temporary and there are smart ways to cope them. Do not get indulge into smoking, over-eating or under-eating, lashing out on others in anger, moving back from the close ones pretending to be busy. Excessive thinking gives you sweat multiplying the stress. Take a problem turning into much productive prospective.

TAKE A BREAK FOR A CHANGE:
Putting numbers of hours will not result into productivity. Productivity is one that comes out in the best of little time while working very effectively and efficiently. So give yourself good mini breaks during work hours to relax, refresh and rejuvenate. Start BREATHING...in smart way...start YOGA :))
