What not to wear!

functional, stylish, regardless of shape, height or age..

I am sharing what 'I Saw and I Learnt' at BlogAdda.com in association with DoRight.in.

IIt was a bright Sunday morning.
I got up early and happy to start a fresh new day. Well dressed in a nice short red tunic with my favorite brown skinny pants. I was with my friend. While getting down from the car in a bit of hurry, my tunic got somewhere stuck. I pulled my dress and got down the car hurriedly. I didn't realize until later I saw my tunic was a bit torn from the bottom being stuck in something pointed. It was so awkward. No wonder my friend's worried comments made me even more conscious of what suddenly happened and I was upset instantly. But luckily I had a safety-pin so I pinned it up. Moreover it was torn at the bottom of the frills so it wasn't that bad. One could notice only when one was intended to see. I went to her place and just when I was getting comfortable at her home, her mom came running to me to see how badly my dress was torn. My friend must have told her, I guessed. She was very concern. Soon a worried mother in her takes over and she said, "You girls must wear Indian dress. Girls look prettier in it and those dresses are safe and sober looking..."

Now I wonder what Indian clothes has to do with my torn tunic. But then I don't blame her, ask anyone sitting next to you will agree on wearing Indian dress as the most decent dress. I don't deny what 90% of Indian population thinks. The jeans can be used rough and tough but it's cool, it's comfortable to wear delicate Indian dress. However I still have my own few true moments of confrontations which cannot be ignored as well.

Reminding me of the most embarrassing day of my life.

A little thought-process: People in India keep forcing you to wear some friendly, well covered dress to look decent. Unfortunately this rule applies only on women. Girls must look neat and decently dressed to avoid any odd confrontations. However, it has been proven that what clothes one wears are not responsible for any kind of ill-behaviors they counterpart in public area. People think wearing tight jeans shows a lot of the figure, waist and prompt legs which is not good. Women wearing shorts or leggings or tank tops or halter neck are considered giving out the wrong signals. Although the saris when wore bare the midriff and half back is still considered sober. One must wear sari in celebration functions even when the temperature outside is 9 degree Celsius. Married women (specially in North-India) must cover their head all the time while wearing sari, being at their in-law's place. Now no matter how politely she speaks, she will be appreciated only if she follows certain clothing rules. Basically people want girls/women to wear more of Indian dress and believe this act shall safe-guard the Indian culture and keep women in control. Between a minister who said women who wear revealing western clothes ask to be raped, caught surfing porn in Assembly sometimes back!

Convenience and comfort is conveniently forgotten when it comes to the clothing of Indian girls. But they have no idea that there can be a bad day for someone despite of how decently one is dressed.

Long back when I was a college going girl.
As always wearing a nice tidy dress, went for my training covering a two hours journey by bus and followed by local-daily-train. Coming back in the evening in the fully packed bus it was utterly difficult even to put down a foot.

I could not imagine what my life could turn up next decent moment. My life's one of the most embarrassing moment which has been never shared with even my mother till this date. However, I am getting brave and hence sharing this black day of my life with you, my dear readers.

My stop was arriving and I was about to get down the bus.
I was slowing trying to make my way to the bus door. Just when the bus stopped I thought to get down and was stepping slowly holding a grip of the bus door's handle. The bus took few jerks and I was about to fall down. To save myself from falling down from the bus, I abruptly jumped off the slow moving bus.

I was just a teen, nineteen years old something and could not realize what was I doing until I saw myself hoping almost firstly in front of the car which was overtaking a bus from the wrong side. For all those people who think driving in India is difficult and one must religiously follow to break rules must think twice before they really practice that. Between scold me for jumping off the bus and risking the life but don't blame me completely for being in front of the car, which came a wrong way of it's own.

I was lucky that the car stopped and did not drive over me or else I wasn't writing this article today. Before I could calm myself down to feel my senses suddenly other girl standing at the bus-stop yelled, 'Oh! look at your dress...' I was surprised for a moment since I knew I wore a good nice free-flowing Indian dress 'Salwar-Suit' so what could happen to it or me then. To my shock my suit was completely torn from the side waist to arm-pit revealing a lot more than you can imagine. I was standing in the middle of the road and found everyone's eyes were on me or should I say eyes were on my waist and above part of the body. I instantly covered myself with the 'Dupatta'(kind of stole) and walked away. My free-flowing dress must have got stuck somewhere between the people and crowd. And must have torn when pulled forcefully while getting down the bus.

A long route was a longest journey that day.
My home was still far and I was then supposed to catch a train to home. I was so shocked that I couldn't even think of crying. Everything was blur to me then. I couldn't believe this bad could ever happen with me ever. For weeks I felt like eyes were still staring at me. It was a very difficult moment to go through. Worst was awaited, when I reached home I realized it was a Diwali day (festival of lights). Everyone was enjoying at home preparing for the festival. In excitement of the festival may be nobody noticed my condition. My mom asked me to change quickly and come down. She had purchased a new Indian dress for me which was lying on the bed up stairs. I quickly ran upstairs into the bedroom, locked it and fall down on my week knees. I was exhausted. I kept staring a blank wall with an absolute blank mind. Not speculating anything, just staring dumb. The flashes of the incident occurred in my mind constantly. Later I heard mom calling, I changed my dress and threw my torn dress on the floor.

I was upset...
But, I didn't cry.
I was angry!

I hated everyone who said to wear Indian dress and considered Indian dress as one of the most decent dress. The Indian dress doesn't reveal a lot of body since it is more of a free-flowing dress.
But that extra cloth or a free-flowing portion of cloth can get stuck somewhere and one can be into the most awkward moment of their life.

I have seen so many girls/women sitting with husbands and boyfriend sitting at the back seat of the bike in the most happy moods. And they hardly care how their clothes are flying while going in the high-speed on two-wheeler. The dupatta could get stuck in the back wheel and both can fall down risking their life. But who cares!

I have even seen women wearing sari the utmost Indian decent dress their free-flowing dress getting burnt by the candle or lamp while doing festival rituals risking life. But it's festival and traditional dress must be worn. Definitely who cares if with crackers the dress also catches fire.

Of course, such incidents/accidents can happen no matter what dress we are wearing and I am a complete fool writing this post! If you think so, well I am not here to deny or justify...

Between it not just the dress you need to wear which you can carry it gracefully but no matter what you wear just take extra care where your clothes are flowing. It is romantic when with the breeze the stole fly and comes over the face of the beloved but it can endanger when the stole comes on his face while he is driving. Think about it..!

I saw and I learnt clothing or covering the body was a rule everywhere only applied in women.
I saw and I learnt that it was not about being against rudely some rules made by the society or by political conflict but it was about spread aƔareness. A healthy change is to learn and understand that it is the cultured character shaping up you and not your clothes that fitted well! Be free from any rule that abide you from being happiness.

Wrinkles tale

my little baby-steps to cope up..

Just like any other person I have my piles of troubles.
Even I worry a lot, at times for little things more than anything.
Honestly most of times it’s the little things that gives me challenges to lead a proper life. After all just breathing or merry-go round is not the only thing to focus about. We need to have a nice healthy lifestyle too. Difficult to ignore and yes stress almost these days over takes everyone’s life in a very creepy manner.

...every wrinkle or line have series of stories behindto be shared...
Problem is actually not a problem; important thing in life is how we manage such moments in life when we feel like we are losing on everything. Hopelessly helpless yet keeping the positive attitude is something we must tame our minds to learn. And almost every time we forget that Love and laughter are the two things we must focus on to celebrate our living and Keep the spark ALive..
Changes in the circumstances and human body shall always take place. Rather than working on avoiding wrinkles only to look good physically we must be encouraged to learn accepting the changes. Aging gracefully, being healthy and fit matters the most.

True beauty is not just the radiance airbrushed on the face but also the recognition and respect we receive from the people around us for the significance of wonderful work investing time and patience in the development of our family’s well being and work-place, we do. And where wrinkles are the expressions frozen in time and are the way to signpost of the journey of remarkable life.

To me wrinkles document the emotions we have experienced.
In our youth, if ‘we frown’ more, we tend develop lines around the forehead. With every laughter and smile, happy face like an enlightening worthy soul, we develop lines at the sides of lips and the corners of eyes as we grow old.

Here, interestingly the lines define how we lead our life, wrinkles weave the tales of the way the time was spent.

However, I will aim to measure my success of life, my value as a person, as a friend, a lover and most merely as a human being not just by watching the wrinkles on my face but also by counting the number of laugh lines found on ‘Your face’.

This is also a way to share a wish that we shall be together forever, growing much stronger. Just as I wish, we together shall embrace warmth in wrinkles and celebrate long and prosperous years of life spent with someone you truly love.

Note : The above picture includes My mother, with her enchanting smile in warmth and grace in her eyes.

Shopping at Snapdeal

Miracles for Me

Shopping is something I absolutely love just like any other girl.
However, shopping is sometimes so tiring. Going from one shop to other even if it mean being in a big mall. The exciting experience is always exhausting. Finally slowly, shopping online in India is blooming, Snapdeal.com is one of the best given example for shopping online. Best part is that recently the ‘cash on delivery’ has been introduced. For the people like me who are not just cautions about online stuff as anything can bring virus in the computer, bringing your whole system down. Moreover there are so many hoax activities too, which are so scary, preventing you too take any new chances.

JJust as the topic goes, best online shopping experience of mine have been very recently, interestingly on Snapdeal online shopping site. I actually got the link of the site through the facebook advertisements. As, I scrolled, went up and down to almost all the best products, brands and style I loved the huge variety and options to buy it. It was such a sweet moment when I felt that now shopping could not just be efficient in budget but also tension free. There were also a whole list of things which I always in a way desired to owe them someday.

As I was going through the site, I went onto the home section to see the bed-sheets.
The Snapdeal site is very user-friendly, it helps in segregating the products according to the needs and requirements. So, I went further into the particular brand to get to see the products in particular filtered according to the price structure. It was the brand Bombay Dyeing.

The most surprising part was that I could see the best designs.
Looking at all the shades and patterns of the bed-sheets, one of the bed-sheet reminded me in particular one of them I so badly longed to buy it past few months. I actually bought couple of bed-sheets few months back as a gift from India for my very dear friend who stays abroad. The bed-sheets are of the Bombay-Dyeing from 'Celebrating India collection', which had bright colours and ethnic print. However, when I came back India after my long trip, I went back to the show-room to get same kind of prints for my home, since they looked so beautiful. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it, according to the sales-person all the bed-sheets of the particular prints were over. I was so dishearten, since I loved the design and shades of the colours. But while going through the Snapdeal shopping online site, I saw the same brand 100%cotton with silk finish fabric of bed-sheet and interestingly with the best-price like with 10-20% discount. I was so super excited to get it. I instantly ordered two bed-sheets with cash-on-delivery. Less then a week I got them at home, well packed and absolutely in perfectly good condition. Nothing was more delighting to see that without going around and spending hours I could actually find my desired product while shopping yet being at home with much less price of the original that too in a best-condition.

Snap-deal is indeed a wonderful site.
It is absolutely secured site for shopping.
I trust it, for my best ever first online shopping experience.
Best I loved the cash-on-delivery option. Shipping is free and with home-delivery option.
The product is well packed in sealed with the brand tag on, to verify the details further, which I absolutely appreciate. The delivery person calls on phone before they come to your home, which gives you flexibility. They also give you a tracking number to see, how your product is moving on the way.
The Snapdeal.com Site was absolutely easy and fast in downloading the page and was indeed so user's friendly. Such facilities give you comfort and satisfaction to enjoy shopping online even when you are at home. I had this wonderful and most memorable first online shopping experience. By the way I cherish my colourful memory of the online shopping looking at those bright bed-sheets crowning my bed-room, igniting to feel wishful. Thanks to Snapdeal.com

He loves me - He loves me not

He loves me he loves me not..he loves me he loves me not...
How many times you have played around with the petals of the flowers and only to guess whether that guy actually loves you! It's not that a stable relationship is enough to be prove to know how much someone loves you but even a long stable serious relationship brings out some random questions.

Your man is busy watching television instead of looking at you, and you wonder for a split second, 'Does he loves me?'
Your man is not paying proper attention to what you are saying, and you think again, 'Does he still loves me?'
You have some misunderstanding and you literary ask him, 'Do you love me?' This should be probably asking him same thing over 8th time in a day!
You get upset with something on him and you end up saying, 'You don't love me anymore!'

They say women are often nagging while they keep asking 'Do you love me?' even after years they just want to know!
No!!
Don't know why but as far as I know Women don't want to know but love to hear what you say.
It's crazy but so true..it happens, it really does, every lovely conversation ends up with some fight, a fight which we(girls) long for, because we love it utterly when guy try to make up...we like it... it is not the feeling to be powerful or dominating but when guys say sorry and all that silly stuff... they actually forget one single line of three words to address which would have mend everything instantly. If they say that in first place the fight would never be stretched further. Finally all that drama in guy's opinion was actually only to hear those miraculous three words in sync to glory.

But what if he simply doesn't says...

In my own little way I have tried to recapture in points certain things which I personally have looked and believed observing mine as well as my friends behavior in relationships. Interestingly no matter how different you and me are in real life, when it comes to love, we tend act and behave often similarly with an urge edge.

He actually say it :
I have seen very few people who are actually good in expressing in good lines and words. People sometimes are brought up in such a way that they think saying would not be important to show love. A lot of men assume that their women know they are being loved. If he says those three words and says them often, count yourself lucky. Men have difficulty in saying those three words more often accept that.

He shows you :
He would order the food that you like. Might get you something that you like it. Not like he is showing his money-power, but his own personal way to show he cares. He might play your favorite song in his laptop or in the car when you are around. Isn't it wonderful to see how he is trying little thing to make a mark on you. Did you forget, action speaks louder than words! He loves you but he has this a different approach in letting you know!!

He's happy around you :
He would change his plans to meet his friends if you say or ask or you are not willing to go. He will know that you are feeling low and have not spent time together lately so he simply comes to you.He would abruptly close down his work/laptop only to be with you. Please don't call it carelessness in work. He needs a break from his works and knows that to be with you is the first best option to feel good.

He listens to you :
This is one of the most tricky thing you can ever ask or imagine. Every time when you are saying something he is either looking into TV or reading a newspaper or surfing internet. But when he actually looks at you while you are babbling something randomly, you must read his eyes. Or take it like you are talking to him and he is not watching you suddenly you stop saying and he looks at you. Understand he was listening you actually but he just have that bad habit of pretending to look busy and indulged. Come on! dear Man..look into the beautiful eyes, sink in buddy, listen to that pretty voice, give a bit of attention, show her you are concerned to her concerns even if they are not important issues. You say something and your words are like his commands! Celebrate! You are treated as a princess even if it mean he is bringing you water, spilling all half of the hallway!

He compliments you
He notices those earring. Or notices the effort you made to look good or dressing up right. He appreciates your efforts and tells you that certain colour suits you or he likes certain colour which mean he is hinting you that he would like that colour on you. Max making a deliberate effort he will end up saying, 'you look good today', ahh you know you look actually stunning and you will and you definitely matter to him.

He takes care of you
He calls you and says he was in sipping coffee, had a break so called you or he might like to call you and ask if you had your lunch. Or might call to ask what he needs to bring while coming back from work. When you are ill, he will take care of you like your parents. Take you, force you to see the doctor. You will know that he was undoubtedly devoted to you and your health. He might even come to help you to fix the dinner or other household work after his long hours of work only to bring a bit of ease to you. Moreover, if you take the garbage out without being asked, probabilities are you'll be getting a big smile in return when you come back.

His friends and family respects you
One of the vital point to notice is to see how his family members and friends treats you. Sometimes you can determine how a man exactly feels about you from the way his circle of friends and close family behave with you. If you see all comfort and celebration around, if they hold you in high regard, you can be sure he's been telling them just how happy he is to have you in his life.

He appreciates your worth
He might not tell those three words often but you will see how he adores the work you do. If you are working, then he will be support you in your career. He will appreciate your talent, praise about your hobby or any other special skill you got. This could even be like, 'She keeps the clothes in the cupboard nicely and neatly.' Or he might not compliment you everyday for the lovely food you make for him but surprisingly you hear him saying between friends that you make certain dish very well. These are little indirect ways to tell how much he is amazed with you presence.

He asks for your opinion
Whether things are directly related to you or not, he does anything or every thing but takes your opinion. Your view of point or idea from buying a house to making a big or small investment, he takes your prospective on it and likes to act upon it deliberately. He doesn't want to disappoint you!

He takes your feelings into account
If something upsets you concerning his family or friends, he tries to see your side of it. He is not shy to share his emotional side for certain things and people whom he calls his loved ones. He feels for you and even if he's seen you cry number of times before, he still tries to make you feel better. And that one warm hug while you are still in tears is only to show he cares.

He's interested in what you want too
Let's say you like to eat certain thing and he ends up eating and sharing the same thing in the restaurant instead ordering his favorite dish. Or lets you watch your choice of T.V. show, missing his live sports show. You must know how much he loves to see you happy. And if he actually sits through it just because he wants to be by your side. Bingo, you won a jackpot Man heart! All little efforts are only for your happiness!

Not that you don't know that you are being loved but it's in a human nature to be a bit curious and suspiciously designed emotions which needs to be reassured from time to time. Specially when it comes to girls, they do not act over-protective and possessive like guys are all the time but definitely she have more obsessive nature.

Now, girls stop cribbing to hear for those three nasty words. Your man sure loves you and you know it well. Guy, don't make you princess beg to hear those little lovely words. She deserves to be heard and hear all the time, every time, each time she asks 'Do you love me?' It's all that much affordable to say those three words than to please with diamonds. Moreover, it takes only 5 seconds to say and make her world glow. Don't be shy, say it, practice it daily 'I Love You, honey'! umm...sounds like caramel sweetness melting words..say it one more it Sweetheart!!

~ Keep the Spark ALive..

She's a star

Prose written for the Thursday Poets’ Rally Week 56 (November 17-November 23, 2011)

She is slim, petite, positive, plus or slender.
She has a small mole above her lips, redefining the smile!
She forgets to pin up,
And she asks for more safety-pins,
She is tall helps to put up in the tallest cupboard.
She is always late rushes banging doors,
She is written all over magazines and covers!
She jumps while getting into the jean,
A child like nature vulnerable and innocent!
She plays songs on the mobile while getting ready.
She drapes herself sleekly into the 6 yard saree*.
She is wrapped in an aura of mystery!
She blinks her eyes roughly 50 times in the 60 seconds while putting the eye liner.
She looks brilliant painter while putting up the sensuous red lipstick.
She softly brushes peach blush and actively blushes.
She has a classic influential romantic side fringe cut fairly,

She is chubby and bubbly.
She sometimes nurtures her tantrums!
A right to be a late-bloomer!
Yet she never brooded when things were out of control.
She forgets to take up her belongings.
Giving away us her pleasure and deed to sway!
She walks and often flaunts, Joy in her feet!
Gracefully slides and pumps high the heartbeat in deep.
She smiles too much.
Though rough and tough the life treats.
The weakness of her lies in her heart
But she adores the one who is humble and smart!
She walks firm and straight with healed heels
She is a princess but not all the time she deserve bliss
She trusts everyone for a while with love and genuine care.
She lifts herself on her little fumble toes.
Absolutely, lifting up the spirits!

She is reigning allure!
Legendary and larger than life,
She is a shorthand for charisma!
Witty, quirky, incurably honest and wise.
Back and forth swinging whispering earring!
Beat her beauty, flawless and fortified,
She gossips and sips the proteins shakes.
She is least bothered by fake hugs.
Her quote of life is still an enigmatic secret!
She laughs uproariously sometimes;
None know she is faking
She bottle up all the emotions.
Her smile is a treasure and hearts flutter.
Self-sufficient, commanding and a priceless solitaire!
She jokes to lighten up,
She is not simply bothered,
By the mindless opinions of people,
She knows it all!

She swings in her waist,
Fellow often follow her and for her one glance fall
She acts sweet and smart on every crises call.
She scouts the moments and sails morally.
She never shouts and is always polite
She moves elegantly endless marvel,
Blessed, poised with glisten eyes
Beyond expectations of being
Awakening undercurrent essence
She has a winsomeness presence
Worth of praise and reverence!
World shall write down the history
And she will only rise against the tide!
Rewrite her glory in prose and songs lines!
She's a star! Shines and enlightens life!
A balanced woman cared little details daily!
She is better than the best
She is renewing and reinventing
Like everyone ones gets evolved,
She is timeless!
Rekha forever remains work in progress!

Everything has a beauty all we need a little humble heart to see it.
Real beauty is wholesome and eternal. You might wrinkle someday but real beauty will never fade. The beauty that comes with scars accepted strongly and stories reflecting it. It's much more than just a combination of physical attributes. I find beauty when it is pure. Being an artist, I’m very naturally attracted to beauty in any form. And perhaps when the beauty is real it simply touches the heart cord with ease. The moment is fearless, fresh and flawless.

Defining the real beauty is difficult, since it is unique for each one of us.
I'm here not at all pointing finger towards the physical attributes. I believe physical features are genetic and needless to say you made no contribution of you in your looks. But latter on how you carry yourself on the edges of life is where the real beauty secretes lies. Though real beauty is intricate subject of matter but it deals with reality integral.

Indeed, “the beauty truly is in the eyes of the beholder” but no wonder it’s you who reflect those traits that captures the heart.

I have a sweet friend who have quite an average looks. When she talks, honestly to me often sounds silly. She is someone who is often hidden in her jokes and her long curly locks. Most of the time we don't take her seriously. But she dance well. In fact whenever she is on the stage, I identify her as a complete different woman. When she brings her hand on her waist, with a slight twist of her neck, her eyes gets glitters making a standard sleek pose of dance in front of audience. I see her as a confident and a strong person. I have no idea what goes through her mind when she is dancing or when she is simply on stage...but I see radiance in her grace. It’s when I cannot stop praising her.

...I can't believe,
l discovered the secret of real beauty is oxygen..
Often I wonder what makes her look so gorgeous when she is on stage. Of course I won’t give credits to lights and make-up layers she puts on her face or fake long eye-lashes. It is definitely something else. May be its, the dance.

Dancing is quite a physical activity and lots of muscles are in use with a sound synchrony of dance-steps, music, emotions, facial expression etc. Definitely lots of air, oxygen is used, rush of blood, the energy, the enthusiasm in act brings that spark.

And heart must be pumping hard, so more oxygen supply to the body. So is the magic of real beauty Oxygen?!

Goodness! I can’t believe, I discovered the secret of real beauty is Oxygen!
One fine day we were sitting as usual, chatting on silly stuffs. Suddenly, I told her that I adore her when she dances. She looks so beautiful while dancing. And surprisingly the moment I told her about dancing, she elatedly jumped off her seat and started talking more about other dance forms she likes and instantly she shared her knowledge about her interest, the dancing and dance-songs! I could see the brightness in her eyes.

Interestingly I had never noticed her so joyous!

Oh! Bling! Bingo! Now I know it all. It wasn't just the rush of oxygen in the blood-vessels that brought radiance on her face. It was all about dancing that blaze her up in enthusiasm. It’s about her passion. Her passion of dancing pulls the best out of her, almost the 100percent of her when she is on stage and dancing. Somewhere I realised and thought so far she being a timid, silly girl, her instincts of passion brought her intellectual pursuits on stage. May be all this in wholesome reflected the real beauty in her. The real beauty is when she was simply happy and content in what she is ardent about.

Your real beauty could lie in music, literature and art or sports.

I perceive now, may be physical features could be the first factors to count the beauty on scale but the real beauty is much deeper in parameters to feel. Certainly a good-looking person, well dressed, hair neatly done, glowing skin would capture the attention. But how long that attention will stay?! I know the moment that person opens the mouth; my jaws will touch the ground if I see the dumbness of that person. There has to be something more than just a great finesse and panache in communication. There should be a substance in the talks we make or the interests must extend to continue the movement of mesmerizing moment. There has to be a confidence reflecting back into me looking into their eyes that she is self-sufficient to excel into a topsy-turvy world. Oh! Dear she's not just a pretty face! Physical beauty isn’t a bad thing but real beauty just adds few more golden stars in the status.

I have seen and met many beautiful* people (physical*) and nothing beats the beauty of the woman working in the farms. She wears no blinking clothes, have no wild knowledge of brands, neither she worry about fashion nor know much about beauty-parlors, posses absolutely no makeup, just naturally tanned skin, rough hands and cracked feet.

She does her domestic household, works hard on farms, does craft works, weaves clothes in between, and takes care of the cattle and family.

No matter how much her rough hand is, she works with those hands honestly. Her cracked feet are sincerely going miles to get water and her tanned skin still has radiance. The radiance is in her the simplicity of her living that reflects her real beauty.

My other very sweet friend has a severe scare on her hand when accidentally she fell down trying to save a neighbouring kid endangered on the traffic-streets. I bow to her bold-heroic deed and ever since than her strength have reflected her beauty as a person. That what has been her identity she is defined with.

We all are unique, could be thin or plum, fair or dark, with curly hair or straightened hair...nothing should matters, until and unless you are healthy. Physical attributes should not hinder your elementary happiness. It's your true happiness that reflects the real beauty in you! Then why be apologetic of looks!

...the real beauty codes is a key to bliss and confidence.. she can attain..
Real beauty is the combination of codes and each base is exclusive for an individual woman.
It is important for the woman to identify the code and nurture in her.
How one can find?
Is that easy to carry on the quest for beauty codes?
Answer is Yes!
Because that code is the key to bliss and confidence she can attain!

Real beauty does not need to make efforts to get noticed. You just know when it’s there and around, aspiring and inspiring everyone around conquering attention effortlessly.

  • If Kiran Bedi was not that challenging and acting courageously in her job, she could have lost the zeal in life. She would not have been so inspiring to steer a revolution.
  • Only if Mother Teresa was not serving the needy and compassionately helping, she would not have been so stimulating. She gave her life whole new meaning and that what defines her real moments in life.
  • Or take Lata Mageshkar! If she had not dedicated her life in singing, she would not have been so praised for the passion perceived.
  • And P.T.Usha, being from the middle class family who choose the unconventional path on tracks running and capturing her dreams...the beauty lies in the swift approach acclamation.
  • And Sonia Gandhi who has been always so firm and focused with her vision and thought-process, marks her name in the list of the top world women as the most influential woman. I believe the real beauty lies in her sensitivity she shows in each move of every phase of her life.

Though, I know real beauty seeks attention effortlessly...a lots of efforts and hard-work is dealt in bringing out that polished pure beauty. Such beauty charms have scars and have heartfelt chivalrous stories quite motivating. Yet they perceive flawless beauty in their persona beyond the boundaries and barriers of any kind.

In today's scenario when people are picky about everything in life, there are women who blossom to touch new heights in life and choose to explore the unexplored for the purpose of life to make it worthy. There conviction in their aim of life, the real beauty lies. Women fighting all odds with a smile on her face are the true beauty to get inspired from heart-touching moments of life quite gasp-provoking to applaud.

...ordinary women had scars and struggle in life but sure had immense power to heal, turning them into phenomenal souls after churning..

For me is my grand-mother is magnificent woman, who despite not having good literacy made sure her kids were well educated. She sent them to best school and colleges. If she had not fought back her struggle being strong-minded then I would not have seen my glorified future today.

My mom, like any other woman had aspirations like any other mother to serve and give the best to her child. At times when she was let down by relatives and other people forcing her to have two or more kids, she decided to have one child as a daughter, not bothering about what world says. That’s phenomenal for her vision and will-power against the strict social norms!

Since these ordinary women had scars and tough struggle in their life but sure they had immense power to heal which prepared them as phenomenal souls in the contest of life winning and spreading happiness as gift-hampers.

You can fake and fool people ones, twice, thrice but not all the time and every time and everybody same time. A good body language is a skill one can learn through different courses but to show the warmth in your gestures comes from inside and can't be moderately feed, well that's the beauty one attains is real.
They have such tremendous warmth in their presence to influence and infuse the beauty around everyone while creating hope and harmony. She should be solitude solitaire in her own way yet being a leader should bring change in other’s life too for betterment and steer at times of crises.

Dove Real Beauty on Yahoo! India
In the real world of today, where everyone wants to be a clone of someone beautiful and wishes to look attractive following the same dress-sense or getting a same hair-style and going for physical perfect rectification through surgeries or other medicated methods.

For me the real beauty lies in imperfection, when she is strong enough to accept the flaws and scars as the perfect part of life and still moving to move and motivates the world with their perception, lays real beauty of an individual.

The magic is not in batting-eye-lashes but the overall wholesome looks and little kind gestures of poise and grace that brings smile on other’s face instantly is intrinsic real beauty!

Perhaps we don't choose our friends saying, ‘She have beautiful hair. I want to be her friend' or 'She got a curvy body, let’s be friends with her forever.' We are friends because we care. They are there when needed. We share a sweet connection together and that is real and ultimate.' We relate, respect and feel right together.
Yes! We bring the best, bold and beautiful within us with them. Remember that’s real beauty, we count on!

Real beauty is eternal and lives not on our looks!
Real beauty is reflected in our attitude, our actions!
Real beauty is the beautiful dreams shared for others and ourselves! The beautiful thought is the real beauty.

~ Please do not show-off your clothes but flaunt your sweet soul.
Stop worrying about face and wrinkles, simply steer up life.
Stop taking pain in adding numerous layers of make-up, arresting your expression.
Just make-up your mind...it's simple and easy!
Worry not about shape, sizes or numbers get a color-box to color your life!
You don't need a face-lift,You need to up-lift your spirits!
Beauty is just a business; real beauty is rainbow, full of true colors.
Forget about the figure, have some fun!
Stop spraying perfume unnecessarily, be sunshine!
Just remember.. more than being called as gorgeous, being identified as generous is worth!
A blessing is nothing else but an essence of real beauty.

~ I'm so sure, we all are blessed and well gifted with something special and sweet to serve the purpose of life with passion!

Water gives life
So as the woman gives birth to life!
An earthy connection...
Both born as a nurture being!
Pretty woman, walking down the street..
Before harvesting fields
After finishing household
Woman brings water..
Walking miles
Searching drops of life
Heat and holding high
Waiting for her turn..
Turning and Balancing on head
Multiple metal pots
Spending the energy, time..
And weights over waist
Carrying yet caring!
Found and lost...
Alas! Not that safe water to drink and survive!
The whole lot is such a waste..
Little girls brought water four times more than small boys!
Eventually discipline girls missing classes
Dumb staring at cows moo..
Era for women has turned out as an error for women with progress!
The Indian census reveals an adverse ratio of declining growth!
And just when they lose hope in harassment..

Choice and conclusion in chorus
Neither bow nor break down
No more looking back, hanging back or holding back!
Here she comes with a bang in harmony,
The concerned over health and habitation,
A new mighty wave to conquer!
Turning wounds into wisdom,
No more teasing whistles
Just more of wholesome!
Worst is over,
Wings are back
A willing wavelength!
A Dalit WOMAN Sarpanch against odd waves fetching life ahead!
Ahh! Now stop wagging your tails dear MAN!

Women's era

Men always remember those women who make them cry, and women always keep those men who make them laugh in their mind..
But men stay with those women who make him laugh and WOMEN chose to stand by the side of those men who make her cry as a result of laugh...~Unknown Author
Women wants more of all positive promoting signs pointing to a new era, new world of women as in charge - socially, economically, politically...counting +8 hours into work and than going back and again adding sincere +8 hours at home-work with smile and warmth in ever tiny gesture 24/7 and 365 days.
Woman in different eras have created certain sure changes over the time but some fundamentals of her need still remain the same. In today’s scenario..woman stature can be divided into two groups. One who is quite elite educated and one who are not that educated. Yet the aspirations and desire are not hidden from anyone of them.
But more the education and awareness rise, it raise the same out pour of dreams and yet fulfilling them as well.
Being a woman and having celebrated silver jubilee of life. I learnt there are basic but foremost five-points that defines so well the whole of the womanhood and give a shape to femininity and humanity.

  • She wants to be Heard:
Rosemina
~ Ravishing _Rosemina ~

~ She likes to say things and so as hear things.
No matter how weird or smart the idea is…she has her voice, her opinion, and way of thinking which needs it to be heard and unconditionally respected. People lean to suppress the voice giving excuses, that how she will know the stuff so well. But perhaps, when never heard her voice losses many defining moments.

The Indian woman is expected to grow into independence but most of the times time at different juncture of life she realizes she has no voice of her own. That, despite her privileged schooling and many degrees she is underestimated.

~ Being heard is not less than giving respect that she definitely deserves.
Women are choral creatures. She knows that you love her, but since it is always nice to hear if you say it, too. It’s not about the being insecure. It’s just the kind gesture! Words of appreciation aren't half-bad either. It doesn't have to be over the top note, just let them know that you see their effort they put in, and you're feeling so wonderful about it.

It’s about being a true friend and listening to her. Let her share her good times, troubles and fears. Be there, rather than be just hopeful to be there after promising but not reaching when actually needed. Lend an ear and continue the dedicated constructive action is a definition of love after all
  • She wants Acceptance: Appreciation
Devika
~ Daring_Devika ~

More or less, people or family has a sort of defined way of living and hence they tend to impose the same on the woman/girl child.
~ To talk in certain way, not allowing to choose the kind of wardrobe purposely western, not to spend out late-nights, not to be friendly with guy or way she look overall is all instructed in the name of culture and tradition.
~ Its so difficult for a divorce woman to find her existence in the society or care a child single handed.
And just when the woman has her own style or way of doing things it is highly protested. Protested sometimes verbally and sometimes with physical actions to show the men-power.

Now some might just argue, “Woman always tries to change the man…so not vise-versa”. Remember, that when a woman does so, it adds to the better healthier living. This reflects in every single tiny odd habit that man posses from leaving a wet towel to on the bed to leaving shoes and sock lying anywhere in the room and woman organizing every tiny bit of untidy. But when a man/family impose it’s about there embedded castle they have created of their own out of thoughts and want it to get applied on everyone, especially on the woman forcefully.

Accepting her as she is, almost like accepting her and her with the flaws. Giving her a freedom that yet standing firm and strong supporting her is the true acceptation!

Be it thin, fat, beautiful, talkative, introvert, ultra fair, dark, short or tall…accept her as she is! Don’t go for her physical looks…perhaps the prettier thing is much deep connecting her humble heart and smiling soul! Let her words and action speaks loud “I Am”.

Let her know she’s unique and special. Point out her particular personality traits that you find fascinating. Admire her, and allow her to understand that you care, are paying close attention and accept her as she is.

  • She want to take a stand: Decision Making: Empower women
Tanushree
~ Thoughful_Tanushree ~

She wants the ability to make choices in life on their own!
~ What she want to do with her life?
~ What her aspirations are?
~ Decisions like in term so choosing the right person of her life, promoting her decision of kind of job she wishes to create; little things like whether she is willing enough to wants to change her name after marriage? Given her prospect to make decisions and being enthusiastic to support equal treatment in the workplace! And her determination of decision when to extend the size of her family!!

Perhaps cheering her involvement in sketching plan of a day, occasion, trip or a journey for a life.

Let her decisions shines and you don’t hold her accountable when things go other way around. I truly believe that the decisions are good only when taken mutually but I still stand strong that the prime decision has to be her!

Though a man could choose in ages past to make a success out of his life or gamble away his fortune many women had no such choices. So, show them through your actions that you not only appreciate but also respect their opinions, careers, interests, friends, bodies and minds and the decisions they make.

Possibly, one cannot ignore how the best decisions of the woman are considering varied aspects and shades of life, relationship, and people emotions attached. She is a born generous giver by the nature. So in any case or crises you can vouch her words and try to honor their opinions as valuable contributions.
~ However, follow the golden rule and treat them as you would like to be treated: Be honest, fair, kind, and considerate and consistent.

  • She wants Support: Security: Stability: Space:
Aishwarya
~ Adorable _Aishwarya ~

Women today have many more choices than were available in the long-ago and often she feel frayed between career ambition, clock ticking maternal instincts and motivating phenomenal actions. In order to assure that you truly care it is necessary that you show your support for the details in her life.

~ It's no about giving liberty to woman...but treating her just like any individual liberally!
Emotionally, physically and financially security and secured stability the whole lot is significant for her!

~ Yes! She does not want money but she deserves money and lots of money.
Men often make fun of the fact that they might just misuse the money in shopping or just won’t be able to use so much of money, hence and presumption why to give…! How do you forget, she does and have been managing the homes so well since ages. And serves the family members unconditionally and with so much of sincerity throughout her life. She is a multi-tasked, a good manager and its hard to deny the fact.

We have witnessed so many family buying lands and factories in the name of Son of the family. But a daughter gets nothing that sort of privilege. It is expected that ones she will be married, there will be a grand celebration and that aspect is more than sufficient to affirm that the family truly cares their daughter.

~ However, my question is why waiting for just a grand celebration?
~ Why not celebrate her living everyday..!
~ Why not educate her best, save some money in bank in her name…so that in case some crises she is well of confident at least financially.
~ Doesn’t she deserve some security?

Of coarse she can earn…she even does…when needed, just like any other son of the family….but how many daughters actually are being equally supported by the family eternally just like the sons even after marriage. The family rules out saying that now the crisis is own and her in-laws shall handle it. Indeed, the Indian law recently has made a remarkable act by giving a chance to the woman to get the benefit that she does deserves property rights just like any son of the family does.

Stability, space and a good status became a valuable commodity for woman with a desire of aspiration.

  • She wants to be genuinely pampered: cared: loved
Caroline
~ Cheerful_Caroline ~

You need not be that cheesy with lines and just be a bit more genuine.
Women always have some kind of strange fear about some one chasing, glaring, inspecting, over-hearing, etc.. , Hence they want to avoid strangers for teasing behavior.
~ Please do not treat a woman like a piece of furniture!
~ Or make her feel like a sex object or piece of meat.
There is always a difference of opinion over thoughts and decisions but bringing that same difference between the normal conversations is not right.

~ Let the Gorgeous speak for her. Be proud of her!
Accept her fabled effervescence and warmth but do not ignore the health issues and care for her! She needs you just the way you need her.

Perhaps, pampering is not just giving her gifts or allowing her to spend her day relaxing in spa. Loving is what gets reflected everyday in daily routine. Why not turn the daily boring routines into daily delights!

The realities of a 21st-century relationship are that companions probably work. If you happen to get home before we usually do, why not take clean the desk or studying room or throw in a load of laundry into the washing machine or help her in kitchen, even if you don’t know anything about cooking! If you take the garbage out without being asked, probabilities are you'll be getting a big smile in return when you come back. Okay this applies not only to lazy hubby but also to laid-back kids.

~ Women are often the caretakers of others.
They care for men and children, friends and family, but often forget to care for the same when it comes to their own body. Stress causes immense physical harm, it’s important for women to reduce stress and give break to their strict daily routine schedule. Nurture them and their little souls genuinely.

~ Let, men share in the responsibility of constructing step by step a wise- happy-relationship.
Helping make each day fun and carefree; living with purpose of considered aspirations, sharing the good times, and together taking stand on the crazy challenges life throws, and dividing the stress actually is what makes any relationships becomes eternally worthwhile.
~ Perhaps, they want to be passionately loved and madly fall in love!

Trust me! it’s never that expensive to make her feel happy...just a bunch of lilies or tiny packet of chocolates or five minutes free-talk with a walk can play magic with any woman instantly!

Women's Liberation is just a lot of foolishness. It's the men who are discriminated against. They can't bear children. And no one's likely to do anything about that. ~ Golda Meir

~ Renunciation ~

As he described her more the intricacy of repentance,
her feeling in the heated tears streamed down the cheeks
assuring the intense pain she felt then.
*
The sadness had turned into anger
and anger evolved into tears soon,
followed by the fear,
a fear of losing,
a fear of being lost!
*
She stood still
and turned into a silence,
gathered her strength
and forced smile with
a strange sense of satisfaction.
*
Probably now she knew where she was sailing..!
*
Her renunciation,
surprised him
in those calamitous yet calm earnest words,
“I think we should be just friends”!

Dictionary meaning of word Renunciation :
  • A declaration in which something is renounced.
  • Giving up things of your own interests in favor of the interests of others!
  • the act of forsaking
  • a written statement or declaration
  • the act or an instance of renouncing; a giving up formally or voluntarily, often at a sacrifice, of a right, claim, title, etc.
Exact Meaning of Renunciation:

**Detachment in Buddhism is connected with Renunciation.

In Buddhist meaning,
Being detached does not mean that we cannot enjoy anything or enjoy being with anyone. Rather, it refers to the fact that clinging very strongly to anything or anyone causes us problems.
We become dependent on that object or person and think, "If I lose it or cannot always have it, I am going to be miserable."
Detachment means, "If I get the food I like, very nice. If I do not get it, okay. It is not the end of the world." There is no attachment or clinging to it.”

  • Indeed, no relationship can exists when clinging and craving feeling is attached with it.
  • Repentance or Ruining or Renunciation..you decide!

Born Bond

Dearest Mommy;

~ I know, Life is cruel, unrepentant, conditional and over conventional!
Perhaps, how can a little breath in my tiny chest hold and handle the untold colossal concerns.
I molded your finger lightly in my hands and got strength.
Holding things lightly instead of clutching them tightly is what you teach me again and again.
While with your unconditional open hand gives me an ability to give and receive freely. I lose the nature to stiff and gathered strong-suits.

~ Though with your significant presence, your salient gestures, soft touch, a smell so familiar, a forte of substantial tastes you create, I can never be tired of holding on you and your loveable clench.
Indeed, the miracle I seek is at your fingertips.

There have been the conditions of my life and yet so blessed to have unconditional Love of life from you.
~ You first created me in your womb and then recreated the series of miracles for me in everyday and daily routine.

At first you held me first steps and seized me so close…though you still holding me tight yet helped me to fly high. Indeed I was a caterpillar sacred to see the world was weird, you gave me beautiful colorful wings to fly and adore the journey of life
Without your presence and support I wouldn’t have blossom the way I have. You are the spark..so be my radiance and my charm :)

Born Bond-MOM and ME

Now when I could walk all fine in every path and chosen line, I sometimes wished to run away. Run and shun away from the tension, worries and uncertainties of life.
Then one day I read that there are two kinds of behavior of nature in human beings. It’s like; there is a huge difference between being worry-warrior and worry-warts.
-Worry-warts are the people who are inclined to worry unduly.
~ However, worry-warriors are one who fights against worries. They find solutions to very troubles. Some people are born worry-warriors.
Mommy, you are one of them.
There is no single anxious moment of mine not shared with my mom. I share as I get the best advice with many alternative ways and tips to tackle the pain. You love me with a genuine concern, are able to sense that something is wrong without being told. You work as a warrior. Fight against all odds and my humming thoughts. Yes! Only you can and you do it at your best!
~ Perhaps, moms’! At her best defending, promoting and protecting her child.

Even when you are not able to give me a solution…you offer a silent-prayer, which works all the time.
~ God listens to you very carefully and fulfills your wishes. After all, it is believed that God could not be everywhere and therefore He made mothers. Perhaps, He made mothers as His own replica and an extension of the sanctimonious soul.

Sometimes the issues are so incalculable that it might confine me, dull my senses, numbing me, bobbling my thoughts, a feeling to sink into vulnerability or just run away...

Yes! True, I prefer to run away...to seek you!

I claim you, mom to confide the truth. The confidence in your eyes does then, reflects in me as an aid to alleviate. And I soon recover my amity and discover the harmony. I like you say Don’t hurry and don’t worry!

Perhaps, there is no particular best time to tell you things and issues. The best time is wherever is, 'Now'.

And as we share together the good and the bad, the hopes and the dreams, the charming moments and the acute times, we are celebrating life. It is being together to result in doing the right things, making them momentous.

It is doing things together, yet leaving room for each to grow as an individual, respecting the decisions we indulge in taking. It is so amazing to see how you give me freedom to commit the mistakes and also give space to correct them. You have always trusted me more than anyone else. Your praises are far more than a criticism or reprimand.
You stand beside me to conquer my fears, stand for me to hold my hand to boost courage to try-again!
Indeed YOU contribute the whole in me!
~Happy Mother’s day.
Hope this letter brought bliss to you. Perhaps, it’s my way to return the radiance you have been giving me years round.
~ Love you so much for everything!

~ Salute to Womanhood!

An encounter never escaped and echoed rest of Life

This post is connected to the previous post of this Blog, "Escape"! Kindly read that post before reading ahead. Perhaps, this post is based on the true story though the identity of the persons are hidden for personal reasons!

~ An encounter never escaped and echoed rest of Life..

Winter vacation was over; but the winter mist was still enveloping the environment. I reached back my loving Institute and my adorable Room in hostel. I love winters for it pack me in the folds of woolen clothes and warm coffee or ginger tea surrounds the urge of warm moments.
~ I was unpacking my luggage and taking out the sweets which my mom packed for my friends. Soon a knock at the door and I found my ever green bubby sweet cheering friend popping her head inside the room. May be the sugary scent of the sweets pulled her here in the room. And sure I was lucky to see that she brought some Maggie and a cup of coffee for me.

We hugged and soon settled on the bed with the sweets box to share our vacation stories. I told her all, about my old school and college friends I meet and what a wonderful fun I had during this vacation.

I have something to tell you…not just because I want to share my vacation story but because I want you to be aware of certain things that exist in this world…which come into your life unwillingly!, she said.

I got puzzled just like the cooked Maggie noodles tangles, wondered what made her say so…moreover, my dear chirpy friend is never so serious…but this time there is something definitely killing her and I wanted to know it all.

As she started telling me about the incident, I was totally confused to figure out the issue, I sipped some coffee gave attention..!

~ She told me that this vacation she went to her old graduation college to get some important documents…

[As she was narrating the story, I had no clues what she actually wanted to tell…just like you Readers have no idea what this story is up to! But trust me it is an important subject here so I want you to read it patiently.]

As she went to the college Head Department office to collect her left-over college’s important documents she was welcomed by the staff and the Head of the department.
~ They were happy to see how she have enrolled into higher studies and doing really well.
She went to the Department Head office and greeted the Head. She was asked to sit and wait as the Head was talking to some other person. She waited almost for 20-25 minutes and latter when the Head was free he chatted with her. He said that the certificates were almost ready yet needs some time to finish some pending manuscript of the office-work. She told him that she could wait for sometime after all it was really very important to collect the certificates. The Head told her that he was really very proud of her potential and credibility. He then asked her about different subjects she study and her professional aims. With full confidence she replied to all the questions. They had very healthy discussions over certain issues prevailing in the society. It was a good talk and sharing of views between a Gen-next aspiring girl and an old mature experienced responsible person. He also told her that next time when she hangs over the city with her other friends, can directly hop into his office, as they got good guesthouse and can lend to his favorite students. She perceived that he cared to talk with so much of simplicity and not pretend to be the Head and behave administrative.

It was almost an hour and more, waiting for the certificates. She looked her watch every 10 minutes but all documentation took quite a while. Interestingly, a prior appointment was taken to collect the papers but nothing happened on time. She preferred waiting more, than to again and again come  to the office. Perhaps, she had no option but to wait as coming from a long distance she definitely needed all the documents this time for submitting to her new college. The Head in the mean while noticed that she was looking at her watch every 10 minutes, so he consoled her saying, “It will be done soon…don’t worry!”
~ He was concern, and that made her comfortable.

Finally a staff person came with the certificates and handed over the Head. The Head checked the papers and allowed the staff person to leave as it was getting late for him too. It was the office closing time. The Head asked her, where was her home. She replied that her home was quite a far and need to leave soon to catch the bus. The Head said that he was going the same route and can leave her on the way.
~ She hesitated to go with him but then could not resist the insisting tone of the Head. The head got up, and hugged her saying that he is truly proud of her. She got confused but then thought it was a nice caring affectionate parental hug and any ugly thought must not be hamper the aura. The Head handed over her a huge pile of papers to carry as they moved. All the staff-members greeted him and the guard on the gate saluted him. He had a big car. And as he settled in the car, opened the front door to let her in.

As they moved on, they again started chatting over many subjects and issues. Suddenly on the traffic light signal, the Head asked her, “What do you think about the Sex-Education in School?”
~ Being quite a liberate girl replied the answer and also gave few additional ideas to improve education in the school and basic level. The Head, was very much impressed. He liked the ideas and enthusiastic behavior.
~ Everything was fine and rolling. Soon the mobile rang, and he parked the car in the side, “I’m driving, will reach home soon..!” he said.

In the mean while, she told him that coming so far was enough, she can get the bus from there so he can stop. But the Head said that he was supposed to go the same route, hence he can drop her little further too.
~ Between they definitely had a good conversation and dialogue over varied topics. She had a very good impression of the a fatherly aged the Head and found wonderful to see that with so much of effortlessness he could talk to Gen-next kids.
~ She also felt humbled to see how promptly he agreed to give her a lift.

Suddenly, he asked her to keep her hand on his thigh. She got shocked and astound. Wondered, if she heard was all that. Before she could grasp his weird words, he took her hand and kept her hands on his thighs while still driving. She abruptly took her hand off. Still puzzled to understand what was happening around. She told him firmly, that she needs to get down right here.
He maintains the calmness and said, “Don’t be sacred...” She asked her certificates and somehow he handed over. She hastily got down the car. She took the documents grip tight on her chest and started to walk blankly. She did not stop or turned back to look. Incidentally, there was no one around on the streets. Scared and tensed, she got into a lane and then into a cafĂ© watching people. She waited there for next 15minutes and found that the car had gone, he had gone…perhaps!

~ In the mean while she grasped her breath back but the escape was yet to capture.
~ She could not forget the encounter of such ugly turn of her life. In a way she escaped the place but the incident echoed her head so badly.

As she was narrating all that, she started crying loudly. It felt as if she still could feel the fear around. Something that she did escaped but not completely. I hugged her and tried making her calm. Gave her a glass of water to drink but will that help her, I wondered!

I could not believe that this happened with one of my very close friend, who is such a sweet elegant and confident girl.
~ I have heard and read in magazines such ugly face-off stories but never thought someday I shall see it here happening with my closest buddy.

Few days latter, I was sitting with other friend and I recounted the whole story without disclosing the name and pretended to have read in a magazine. It was strange as my friend abruptly at the end of the story blamed the girl for being friendly with people.
~ But the Head was not an unknown or stranger to her, I said defending the girl.
~ At this he said “No-excuse, it is the girl to be blamed at the end of any muddy murky strike. Call it a irony or the truth of the reality. She should have been more careful and protective and must have gone with some family person…” I wondered how far it was possible, “Tomorrow when you work outside and do come job…how you will expect to have a family person shielding you all the time!”

Next day, when our new session started our first class was of “Business Ethics”. The guest lecturer came from one of the most elite Management Schools! He at the end of the session kept the Question-round to clear all the doubts about the subject on ethics to be followed in the business and professional life.
~ I got up and requested him to allow me to narrate the whole “Escape story” in the class and then know the concern and major opinion. I choose not disclose the true identity of my friend and let the story take up its own coarse.

Latter, I asked my esteem learned teacher, that what one has to do when got into such punch of life. I wanted to know in terms of the professional logic.
~ To this he replied in a very responsible-sensible manner to the issue while adding of ten bullet points as follows:
  1. Such incident or similar shall take place everywhere you lead in the professional life or in your daily routines. Perhaps, you cannot avoid them completely yet abide them from taking your tough course.
  2. Your friend is truly blessed so ask her to thank God for the blessings. She is truly lucky to have escaped such encounter but not everyone is so lucky... Some get honey-trapped through different means and don’t know how to say strongly “NO”.
  3. Bounce-back from such ugly moments is important and Time is the biggest healer to hideous stumbles of life.
  4. Nothing can be done to that irresponsible fellow behavior, as such people mostly depict a happy and respected image in society and office, and hence no one shall believe such deeds are done by him.
  5. Only a strict serious sting operation can actually trap him, if he has been treating the same others too.
  6. Moreover he being on a powerful position may also make him misuse his power and back-slash you. So forget taking any revenge or rebellious attitude!
  7. And most important, Never Surrender at any point and use your presence of mind quickly.
  8. Men and women both need to pay attention, it can happen to anyone regardless of gender, age, base or decent profile!
  9. However, not to forget, not everyone is same…there exist such ugly bunch of people and there are some truly genuine people too, hence don’t make a preset notion for everyone and suffer in fearful anguish, destroying your own path.
  10. Awareness is important, so spread and be alert. ~ There is no way you can elope, the hurdles or escape the encounters but choose to move fiercely to capture life knocking all the hurdles!

~ Hope you learnt something from this narration. If you got some additional point to support the situation/story, then do write and share with us all. Kindly share this story with all to spread awareness.
