~comPassion..

It is always such a relieved feeling to see a smile in person's face, you know they are happy and you know now looking at the mesmerizing smile you are Happy as well with a smile on your lips too. That's the magic of the curve on the lips.

Many philosophers, artists, photographers’ painters and poets gave created their beautiful version of happiness and remarkable art pieces. They have been inspired, impressed and bowed to the expression smile.

Perhaps, we often forget that the best piece and million dollar art piece is the one that we carry on our own lips, an apparent Smile indeed!

Flash and ignite the aura with your smile.
Know that someone is capturing your smile in their heart forever.
Let it be the finest pose of you and the best gift that you can give to someone!
The reasons are many, perhaps some I have expressed below…to show how Smile have inspired me everytime:

  • Smile fond of Happiness:
Smile and uplift the aura instantly with the sparkles of happiness. Smile can add you bonus as brace from your long tiring busy working hours. See when you smile you instantly vanish the force and pressure of work in a flash, leaving you ignited and all excited. Get yourself a smile and enhance the aura around. • Play it safe and sound with smile:
Don’t you show your grin when people does not want it. It will only worsen your situation. Sometimes you really need to be calm and understanding to the things, people and issues around you. Don’t try making others feel uncomfortable with your unnecessary loud laugh, perhaps always remember showing teeth can also be mistaken to making-fun, which you definitely did not wanted to happen...!
~ Smile has its own sensuality, preserve it.

  • Smile has no Age Barrier:
Be it a little kid or old person, smile creates magic in all ages and give you immense happiness.
Smile adds to your age. When you smile it boost your confidence making you feel alive again and even encourages you to smile as it does improves your face value after all.
Any age, get a smile pill everyday and it will get you instant glow.
~ Take a mirror and practice smile, look how prettier you look now!

  • Smile makes you tasks Effortless:
When you smile you instantly pass the positive vibe to others. It does brighten up your day.
Consider this, when you smile to a person, who is the part of the daily routine, it makes the duties easier. You look forward to the warmth and feeling of being secured that smile carries with it.

~ Person works so hard and at the end of a day it is definitely a smile that rejuvenates the cells and give energy.
~ Do you Remember that cute smile of a sweet little girl who broke a vase but her smile made your anger vanished!
~ Give a smile to a guy at the coffee shop…check how nice coffee with the quick service is made.

Well this is definitely not the misuse perhaps the proper human way one must do.
I smile in dismay on the people who think smile can be misused.
~ Smile is never a waste!
~ All gain straight away with a Curve on the lips.
O yes! You definitely got something to smile about and feel good too. And somebody rightly said,
"If you’re not using your smile, you’re like a man with a million dollars in the bank and no checkbook."

  • Smile assists you to shine:
A cute smile sure puts you in a positive mindset almost everyday and every time.
It can make you add more effort and attention to the work. All you need to smile and appreciate other’s affection! Smile is just a reminder that you are fortunate to have a beautiful life and a much beautiful day.
~ Smile, why hide your beam that which brightens the aura and you shine like supreme!

  • Smile boosts your confidence and shoots the ego:
Very important, Smile and surrender you ego!
You know you haven’t spoken that person for ages perhaps the wonder that words could not do, a smile might just click that right spot. Smile and ego falls. It’s like face the fear and fear is no more. You face it with a smile and everyone around surrenders you.
~ Nothing can be bigger and intense than a smile!
~ One cannot ignore or dilute the upshot and after effect of the smile.
It definitely brings one down to earth and humbles enough to act in response back quickly with a kind smile. Smile reciprocates only a smile very naturally.
Smile is like a mirror,  a Smile reflects back the same :)
  • Here I remember the perfect lines of my fav. Singer Shania Twain song ‘Up

Even something as simple as
Forgettin' to fill up on gas
There ain't no explanation why--
things like that can make you cry
Just gotta learn to have a laugh..

So when things get mess…Learn to take a laugh!
~ They choose to scream but you prefer a smile.
SMILE is the quickest fix to all the Bad Mood, perhaps I want you to smile and I shall follow you back, multiplying the giggles with a cranckling miraculous sound, making your pain and worries vanishes!

~ When I see you smile, it makes me smile too...hope You are smiling right now :)

Everyone needs a Personal Cheerleader

Few weeks back I was watching “Australian Open” match, and something that captured my attention apart from the enforced match between the players was the cheerleaders present there. It took courage in me to convey my regards to have made the things willingly wonderful.

I got speechless but the words ran in my mind with true emotions in my heart. An echo with bang in my head,

I would have been in vain. I would not have been ME. Worst would have been that there would not have been MORE of ME. I would not have been the Creation and the creativity within and beyond.
I would have never believed to say “I’m my happiness”, which my friend propagated me to inspire.
Trust me if I didn’t had my own Cheerleader, I would have lost to all my loses and lost to all my wins, perhaps been a complete gone astray!

Hence, I owe me to you, my dear the cheerleader!
~ And I proclaim this with pride.

Because charity begins from home, my personal cheerleaders list has my maa-paa on top, followed by my all the Teachers, my close school friends, my colleges, my loved-ones, my hubby and my Creator!
I didn’t wait for my cheerleaders ever to motivate me; perhaps they habitually consistently came along the path of my life and destiny with a genuine appreciation. Yes Guys, I’m truly blessed like anyone else!

  • There was no too much of praise to make me dependent on their words,
  • There was no unfairness to welcome my work unwillingly,
  • There was no manipulation for personal gains,
  • There was no exaggeration to harm the bond being shared between me and them.
  • Rather it was seldom when I was ever left alone wondering. Perhaps, they often took me in admiration with their presence.
  • They had been there to pat my back when I did well and slap me ‘Chapak’ when I devalue, and gave me the big bear hug when I needed the most.
They empathetically understood and reciprocated the same in all situations. And someone truly said, There has been enough Liberty from someone only when u thinks that he/she is close enough to be given that Leverage.
Perhaps, everyone need their Personal Cheerleaders!
~ And I got some mine, truly mine!

Cheerleaders when clapped, applaud me at the best, though being at the last row, made noise and called the name loud. This only multiplied the enthusiasm with their wings of love fluttered.

~ I wanted to tell them all always but I never got chance perhaps through this post want to take chance to say that U been too good to me. More than I could expect...and beyond that I could ever tell U...Luv u for that Always :)

Cheerleaders’ always uncomplicated the situation and redefined the undefined relationship.
They themselves being so dynamic brought their best positive vibe to create a flow of the best in you and boosts up your confidence. Their strength and the selfless unconditional love have been unbeatable. It does not matter you win or lose the match, but they will be there with and besides you comforting you. They helped me to conquer my disappointment and doubts, in their own beautiful cheering way.

My cheerleaders were not only to stand beside me and congratulate me for my doings but they were also there when I lost my interest. When nothing urged me to rejuvenate, my cheerleaders brought back the inspiration with an aspiration to cherish and celebrate further.

And like some Management Guru said, “One has to derive various ways to motivate the mankind skillfully, so that he/she can feel in real sense charged towards discharging their duty with pleasure.” It is like, “Motivation helps the mankind to enhance the productivity in all works of life.”

Sometimes I definitely look forward to the unfair compliment when I cook the meal awfully bad or make repetitive boring drawing. It is like managing the meal with the merging thoughts to make it even better next time. Possibly, I wish to get my share of due for my humble little efforts made.
~ Praiseful words most of the time does not do harm but only enhance the things around, and I like to accept this as true. Undoubtedly, I’m aware and am working on my weakness.
Perhaps, without my cheerleader I wouldn’t have bounced back to recreate and reflect anything but words that are more delicious...munch and enjoy them.

So this is a payback time, let me give it a green house effect!
A tight teddy bear hug for you, under the big lustrous Green leafy Tree where we converse the most...conceivably am not talking about of the Chipku Movement. But a green generated the good between..
~ While this time I sit at the other side of the table,
Sipping a Coffee Cuppa and
Cheer for you always..
.. in the Contest of Life!

Note:
  • Big thank you to all My CheerLeaders…each one of you are considered uniquely special to have made a huge difference into my life mission and am truly blessed to owe you! God Bless:)
And Yes! I want to believe that you got the Best Cheerleader in Me for You!
  • Would'nt you make an effort to Thank, your Cheerleaders of Life..!

a lifetime journey from Bombay to Mumbai

[Today being the Republic Day, I'm here sharing a is the true story based on the personal eventual life experience. Read the post patiently as the details in between is important to grasp for understanding the ultimate edge and twist of the tale present at the end. Kindly bear this as long post.]

I was a happy child barely ten years old, always painting and dancing around. To go school and to play were acts in the list of the standard routine I had to do daily just like any other child.

We were staying in Baroda, Gujarat. My uncle who was working in Bombay then (named as Mumbai now) invited us on the Diwali vacation to spend the time together with his family.

Preferably all arrangements were made to go but as my father had few projects at the dot line, so he decided to join us latter directly at Bombay.

Consequently, I with my mom went alone to Bombay in the train. I remember it was not my first visit to the city however it was the first trip to this city through the train. Earlier than this trip we visited Bombay in car and that drive was totally different. It was interesting because of its magnificent stopover in between at the day time. Perhaps this being an overnight journey we had no option but to sleep early in the train.

However, next day early morning we reached safely and found my uncle waiting on the platform for us. He came to receive us, hence there was no more worrying on our side

I and my uncle share a very close affectionate bond always. Though he loves me like his little daughter but treats me as his best buddy ever since my childhood. Hence my inclination and fondness for him has been always there. In addition to this, I owe some of my best moments and memories of life with him.
My stay and vacation at Bombay was a great time spent all together. It was a complete delight for me being a little girl. I made as many as my friends with the neighboring children and played merely all the time.

One fine day, my uncle told me that he will take me tomorrow to his Office for a small visit. I was too excited and keen to go to watch his Office and his workings.

Next day I woke up early with the excitement and got ready quickly. I wore my favorite cream color frill-skirt and soon followed by having done the heavy breakfast, we hurried to catch the train. We changed two local trains, one bus and one auto rickshaw to reach the destination.
Running entirely to catch the train was just a first lesson of the day! Wow!! I was realizing the rush and dust of the city. Traveling at Bombay is by itself an experience. And having said that all it was also a real big and busy day of my life to realize how hard all throughout the day my dear uncle works. Perhaps, after lots of physical activity, we reached the Office.

I can still recall that he used to spend almost 12 hours everyday working and the traveling time was separate to be counted. Nevertheless, I never saw him losing his smile, a definite genuine smile! He was in the Hospitality Industry and he knew that well. He worked at Juhu Centaur Hotel (today the hotel is known as the Tulip Star Hotel).

I was very much fascinated to see the big hotel. It was tall and spectacle patterned building standing firm. In early nineties, this Juhu Centaur Hotel was one of the finest and most popular reputed hotels. I had seen the visitors’ side, the glamorous luxurious well-furnished angle of the hotel. This was my second visit to the hotel, however it was the first time I was allowed to go through the staff-gate.

After security check, I entered the hotel with my uncle through the staff-gate. The first thing I noticed were those white chef coats dressed man with huge chef caps on their head. Although people were just rushing here and there, yet they never forget to greet each other with an integral smile.
Many of them came to my uncle, said “Good Morning”, followed by “Hello” to me. And I simply loved that moment of the day.

Then, my uncle took me straight away in the main kitchen at the bakery & patisserie room. I still bear in mind the moment I came into the aura of the Bakery, I could smell the sweet strong scent of the vanilla, and no sooner my mouth was full of water. As he opened the door of the room and we walked in, I realize that I was standing around the cakes, pastries and chocolates. It was a complete delight place for a ten years old small girl, who was a core lover of chocolate.

Chef who made My Birthday Cakes

My uncle told the other chef present there, that I was his niece. My uncle had some work, so he left me in the bakery room.
This Chef was busy doing icing on the cakes, and this was first time I was noticing that this man definitely was unbeatable in his talent of doing so swift yet subtle and beautiful icing on the cakes, making delicate flowers all around. He was simply supreme at his work.
Suddenly, I heard him saying, “Rachana, you would love to eat pastry, choose from here.”
I got shocked to see that he knew my name somehow. Without answering him, I questioned him back in a most cute and humble voice, “How do you know my name uncle?”

He took a quick look at me with a modest curve on his lips and said something that I could not forget till date and feel so humbled for his gestures. He said, "I know you and your name too as I’m the one who make cake for you every year on your birthday in September."
Wow, that was just too little much for me to hear and cherish forever.
Yeah, how could I forget that every year, my loving uncle came my birthday, making an over-night journey in train from Bombay to Baroda! He used to come with a huge cake-box in his hand, protecting it from the rainy splash; perhaps my birthday comes in the peak of the rainy season. I still cherish, the moment when I used to wake up in the morning hearing his voice. He used to be the first one in the morning to HUG me and wish me “Happy Birthday”. Quickly than I used to run to see in the refrigerator to check the design of the cake he had brought, which used to be made just that same evening before catching up the train.

And apparently that cake was made by, this brilliant Chef!

In the mean time, my uncle came back to take me and by then I had already relish a lovely black-forest pastry. I did not know that my uncle had taken an optional holiday before Diwali festival and had come to hotel only to complete urgent some paper work. Certainly I was thoroughly enjoying, the discovering and the learning opportunity with him to see the operation management working successful right through.

He then took me to his boss office too.
His boss office was quite far and we had to walk a lot. For me it was great moment as I was simply thrilled to see the happening around. Huge vessels, and somewhere in the corner people were doing some flambé, some people pulling big trolleys loaded with fruits…the things to discovery were plenty at every single foot step. We went through many short cuts, went from the behind doors of the conference hall, banquet halls and there came one restaurant too.

We covered together few stairs more, and I realized entering into a very weird place. Weird as I perceived a peculiarly creepy and unbelievable sight. I noticed abruptly the hall which was all shaded in black, there were curtains half burnt, a red carpet burnt in patches, furniture completely destroyed and burnt and all around there were glass and mirror pieces scattered. Also I noticed a yellow tape string running over to divide and avoid entering the other side of the tape. This tape was at the both sides of the walking path, from where we were passing by. Capturing the havoc looking scene around, I could not resist the confusion and asking him, “What happened here, Uncle?”
He promptly replied my query and said, Nothing, an accident took place. A gas cylinder busted sometime here.'
Yeah! It looked very much like that. I understood that and moved on.

Soon we reached, to my uncle’s boss cabinet. His boss seemed very much warm hearted and there too I was completely pampered with chocolates. No wonder, he knew me too, as he had read all my letters and seen the self hand-made greeting-cards sent to my uncle from me.
I was in a way surprised to see and discover the bond being shared between each staff member of the hotel.
Evidently it was day to learn many lessons of the challenging life

Time rolled on and I grew up. But the spark and spirit of the Hospitality Industry people made a sure huge impression over me, because of which I could not resist to joining Institute of Hotel Management over MBBS after class 12.
If someone asks my opinion, I hardly find any difference that exists between the people working in hotel and other working in Hospital. Perhaps, both the persons come under the same category of the hospitality industry and their purpose is to serve.
Nevertheless, the awesome participation of the staff members of the Taj and Oberoi hotel on the 26/11, have been remarkably acclaimed and shall be cherished throughout the history.

OK Back to the story line!

Years passed and months fluttered…since my most memorable visit at the Centaur Hotel made, countless changes have been taken place. The name and the ownership of the hotel changed from Centaur Hotel to Tulip Star Hotel. Astonishingly the name of the city has also changed since then. The city Bombay renamed as Mumbai.
Yet the sparkling attractions of the city owing to charm of the celebrities, amending hard-working people, huge festivals, sea, merging culture, and bounce back attitude still exits to add up the spice in the spirit of the city.

Years latter, I was doing my MBA. I was no more a kid but the lasting memories of childhood always existed making me cheerful. Perhaps, I considered myself fortunate to have been able to experience the best in early stage of life, adding to my awareness. This was the forth and final semester of the course. And by then my age was 22!

It was almost the winding time of the college and only exams were left to give a shot. In between there was a huge study leave. So there is no more attending the lectures, no more working late nights on the projects, no more to make the PPT. We friends had enough time to go out the campus and have lots of fun in and out of the hostel.

Perhaps, study-leave does not mandatory states only to study, I guess! And the matter of the fact is that study-leave is the best time to enjoy a lot of life at the fullest. Interestingly I utilized my study-leave at the best ;)

My friends suggested watching the movies for a change during the break. Well the movies not just any but the movies of substance. The movies which were critically appreciated Oscar award nominated or the one which had fetched some good acclaimed awards in protecting the best stories.

We brought everyday one cd on rent and saw a huge list of movies like, Pursuit of Happiness, Little Miss Sunshine, Hazaar Chaurasi Ki Maa, Black, Page 3, Gladiator, Shoot Out at Lokhandwala, Company, Water and…Black Friday…

It was May 2007 and we were watching the Black Friday movie on the computer of my roommate. We made the room dark, pulling back the curtains to experience the perfect effect. Now adjusting the volume and the movies runs smoothly.

One who is not familiar with the movie Black Friday; let me tell you very briefly few facts of the movie as follows:
This movie is based on the true story based on the Bombay bombings which were in a series of 13 bomb explosions that took place in Bombay (now Mumbai), Maharashtra, India on March 12, 1993. The coordinated attacks were the most destructive bomb explosions in Indian history. The single-day attacks resulted in up to 250 civilian fatalities and 700 injuries. The evidence uncovered pointed to the involvement of underworld D-Company, This movie is based on Black Friday - The True Story of the Bombay Bomb Blasts, a book by S. Hussain Zaidi, the film is made by Anurag Kashyap as an attempts to recreate those events and the intense feelings that followed them. It won the Grand Jury Prize at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles and was a nominee for the Best Film (Golden Leopard) award at the Locarno International Film Festival. Black Friday was not released in Indian theaters for 2 years, as on the eve of its release, a petition seeking a stay was filed by the people named in the film, the alleged perpetrators of the crime. Since the verdict was still pending. British director Danny Boyle has cited Black Friday as an inspiration for his 2008 award-winning film Slumdog Millionaire. Boyle stated that a chase in one of the opening scenes of Slumdog Millionaire was based on a "12-minute police chase through the crowded Dharavi slum" in Black Friday.
The story proceeded at the mid way, describing the conspiracy of planting the bombs at different parts of the city Bombay (Mumbai). As I had already visited the city couple of times and hence was very much aware of most the places stated in the movie. This made much easier to follow and see simultaneously the story line.
  • Locations attacked are as follows:
Fisherman's Colony in Mahim causeway; Zaveri Bazaar; Plaza Cinema;Century Bazaar; Katha Bazaar; Hotel Sea Rock; Plaza Theatre; Lucky Petrol; Worli; Santa Cruz; Area opposite of Century Bazaar; Passport Office; Bombay Stock Exchange Building; Sahar Airport; Air India Building Hotel Centaur and Hotel Juhu Centaur;

~~~```````````Hotel Juhu Centaur!!
It took me a set back for couple of minutes. The feeling was awful, maybe because of my very salient personal and emotional attachment with the place. It was more than 13 years, but my feeling still strongly intact to the Hotel Juhu Centuar. I could no more see the movie which was depicting the forms of destroy and despair in the city and apparently in the Centaur Hotel.
The movie got over, leaving a tiny tear slipping my cheek. There was a strange feeling lingering the soul. That whole night I kept wondering the scary scenes and the whole conspiracy. The movies is so well made that one might just feel like believing as if the things are happening right there in front of the eyes live.
Next morning, after the terrific turmoil, I all alone decided to watch the movie ones again. Forwarding and slipping few strong scenes. There was again the same thing that hocked my attention.
I watched much keenly the same scene of planting the bombs in the city.
Hotel Juhu Centaur …#..*…! Echoed in my head badly !!!!..........!!!!!!
There was a sudden pause in my thinking, a strange vacuum in my thoughts and here was a flash. In the micro second my brain started analyzing and speculating the things, making a bit difficult to grasp it.
I recalled the burnt curtain…burning patch in carpet…smoky walls…fully blown window mirrors…That was not the cylinder busting accident, I doted!
Conceivably the year, I went to spend my Diwali vacation at Mumbai…perhaps it was the same year, 1993…
My uncle could not tell the truth to his niece, considering the humble age to understand anything in between the context. Correctly, accurately and barely I was only ten years old then.
It has been the most conflicting moment of my life to understand and accept the fact after 13 years; I got to know the daunting truth which left back an irreversible scare. I’ve seen plenty of things in my life that had a disturbing impact. None stand out as much as this one moment provided by a bizarre twist of fate flash that shook my soul forever. This incident of my life made me more empathetic and compassionate towards the life. Probably, this incident was also one more reason to have my heart pound and bleed badly looking at the 26/11 live for 72hours.
The bomb-planter at the Juhu Centaur hotel took bomb in the suitcase. He got arrested and faces a maximum punishment of life imprisonment by the court. I have found a link to his real confessional statement about the steps and procedures carried in bomb planting at Hotel Juhu Centaur, injuring three persons and causing a damage of Rs 2.1 crore to the building.  You will be amazed to read his quotes. Please go through this LINK toooo.
Note:
  • I want to humbly thank, Madhulika who suggested us to watch the movies.
  • Nupur for her computer being used to watch the movie.
  • Heartily thanks to my uncle .R. who gave me an opportunity to visit the internal hotel, which added so much of experience to my life.
  • Anurag Kashyap, for making such a heart-felt movie which holds the true extract and litmus test of the historical incident reflection.
  • And Thank you Readers for your constant support..Love Yeah!
Daily Delights
So U like an Irani Tea..huh..!
Earthy Tea cup (c) Amit Semwal
I absorb creativity in my every motion and moments of living in the real world. I do love dreaming and the flight of the imagination but than the best and most striking sight to consider the creativity for me are in the daily normal life and in every solitary step.
There is a continuous stream of creativity flowing around, beyond and within me. I get the best thoughts of ideas when I’m on the bed and just before the sleeping. I think of things and just the varied random things of my daily living, about the people associated with my life. And when the thought of idea pops into my mind, I interestingly don’t hop off the bed to make notes rather lie down more with my laziness and enjoy the fleeting moments and observe the flits the wave of colors of my mind.
Creativity attracts me from anywhere and everywhere. It creeps in every split second with the change of motion and state is a beautiful way of exploring the best in self indeed.
The journey of searching that distinctly right idea is by itself so captivating. But the matter of fact is that, there is no quest for the chase of creativity. Creativeness comes so naturally by just lifting our thoughts at a diverse level. It is indeed a unique way of looking the things around. It’s the way of seeking the enhanced sense of well-being and lifestyle. It is the risk, the kick, the tick of instant moments of life. Life is neither controlled nor certain yet life is full of courageous creativeness choices.
Say a walk on the road looking at my own steps taken over the small pebbles and sand. In the market looking at the grocery shop and watching how delightfully the shopkeeper have kept different vegetables in such a synchronize way. Another shop of household things and looking shampoo’s vivid pouches hanged on the bamboo stick covering the corner wall.
The lavishing snacks corner of the market where people enjoy the pucchka/gol-pappa/pani-puri. A person put the whole and larger than their jaws pani-puri in one shot into the mouth. Immediately there is a flush of spicy water inside their mouth, pouring down the joy over their faces. It is one of the totality expressions of experience and creativity for me to view and enjoy.
I love watching the birds holding tiny twig into their beaks and flying off and those cute puppies playing around the car. I also enjoy watching the faces of people and their peculiar expressions made either while speaking or smiling. Nothing like counting them on the scale of good and bad but just the wrinkles and lines on their face is a unique way of exquisite balance in life and again the creativity for me to seek effortlessly.
It wasn’t a deliberate sweat made to look out for the things around but then the nature has it own beautiful way of readily responding to your senses.
There are many other moments of daily life which I love drenching into the essence. Like in a day the changing colors of the sky, looking the people passing by the lane and their shadows following them, staring at the wall scratch still in no motion and discovering the symmetrical silhouette into it, gazing the pigeons at the window, recollecting the memory and remembering a particular aroma of the food or the sound of particular place reminding of old days.
Everything has its own way of stirring and striking a chord the impressions of experiences of life.
Have you ever stared blankly at the clock, looking at the hand of the clock ticking minutes, connecting each dot and without missing even one second?
It inspires and delights me to not miss even a single moment of bliss. I love the heights and the depths of thoughts and wish not to miss the surface of beauty that lies in the fragments of daily life. This isn’t a deliberate effort made to do so but there are things that get noticed without being intense and without an intention.
Do you ever play your favorite songs cd and listen quietly doing your other work? Perhaps you never give credit to the music which created an ambiance and also enhanced your great mood to work more efficiently.
I take pleasure in the simple yet so powerful vibes in patterns. These are my ways of observing the expressions of originality and meaningfulness of daily dose of creativity. I like the stimulating and engaging proposition with the laziness in me. I indulge myself in the art, colors, words, strokes, wave, smell, motion and each playful moment of experience and experiment coming all unplanned.
This feeling brings rejuvenation and happiness in me with the daily routine things.It is the insight and aspiration in me to feel blessed. I enjoy each and every twilight moment in my mind with my laziness to scrutinize the creativity.
And where others go through the hush and buss of busy day, I choose to enjoy the best of same buss of the moments in creativity. There are no certain factors but convinced fractions of life involved in looking the silver lining in the daily acts of the nature and the real world around us. It’s a joy in observing the strings of thinking thoughts through lying lazy on the couch and embracing the creativity around.
I want to think, multiple and traverse the thoughts. It is not about being idle, bore or wasting time. Rather within the indolence attitude I explore, excel and get the effective results with the manifold view.
Perhaps, for me the creativity is just another way of being grateful to nature and God for the wonderful miraculous joys and magnificence of life. Creativity pierces into my mind, defining the Me. I live each moment in my own way and yet in spur-of-the-moment instinct. I see the colors of my life being conserved with creativity!
NOTE:
  • This post has been inspired by the post of :) Mahesh on Random thinking and writing the same with an unplanned outline. It is the wonderful post inspiring to be self for a moment and embrace the colors of life. His post is highly recommended to read. I have also tried my way of pouring into my thoughts and lines spontaneously redefining the ME reading his post. And as his post says “It is to be more of Me” in the moment then I have a say to it that MY post is an extension of ME and the Self reflex reflection. Perhaps I assert a thought of embracing the Creativity within me in every single moment of life.
  • Special thanks to Amit Semwal :) aka photographer for the lovely earthy photograph of the finished tea in the cup having creamy froth and bubbles all around the wall of the cup creating a fine-looking layer so much eye-catching. Boy your pictures inspire me everytime so much !
Oh what an F-word
1st The Colors Magazine’s blog post contest “Show your best” have choose this post as the Winner for the month Januaryas for being a little bit more creative, a little bit more original,a little bit more attractive. Click the link and enjoy!
Oh what an F-Word
Oh what an F-word!
I want to fly high with the feathers in my arms.
Lead a fearless life and feat into the feast of living.
I desire fleeting away from the fake and fission of moments.
Ground my feet tight but fly and touch the heights.
I want to flock with my friends and family.
Flourish and float in ease of froth and forth fun.
Oh what an F-word!
Further I want to fuss the rule-book and create my own recipe of life.
A formula that defines a fusion of flame and frost of the dimensions intervene.
I want to rise above the failure and fortify the situation.
Experience the freedom and fulfill my fortune.
Few forget leads to the new found.
Let me be a little fool only to learn all.
Let me follow someone only to lean more.
Let me fold my arms and focus the core.
Let me enhance fossil and leave back the footprints.
Let me in the comming future open my fist to fetch opportunistic hints.
Oh what an F-word!
The fog gets clear in my fine mind.
And here I enjoy the flambé food at the New Year dine.
Flowers fragrance and cultural flavors welcomes all.
Remove the fence, the festivity recalls.
I want to fix everything before it overflows.
I would like to finish my pending things as the plan goes.
Fasten the feelings and the flare in fascinations.
I want to fantasize and recreate the fairy land to live in.
Oh what an F-word!
From formal to flair nature I roll in joy within,
I want the green fertile fields and flamboyant fashion.
I want the unwise nature of human towards the flora and fauna fade and diminish day by day.
Let each child is feed enough and allowed to education and play.
No famine, no floods, no fatigue, no fights, no faults searching.
Only the faith, fate and flint to create fire are needed.
Oh what an F-word!
I frown sometimes to the F-word.
And most of the times I wish only to flutter,
I attain against any flounder.
And fill in happiness and fizz the flak.
I fancy flipping from the old.
I want to flaunt into the flexibility.
I wish to hold up the facts over the false story.
I am bound to fly freely being a proud blossoming Female!
I shall and I want you all to protect and foster the virtue of the Feminism.
P.S. Wishing you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year,2010
55Fiction - i call it the National Shame
Note: 55 Fictions is precise form of micro-fiction that refers to the works of fiction limited to a maximum of fifty-five words.
This 55 fiction present below is an attempt to throw some light over an element which is almost a deafening issue where a women/girl deals everyday in their daily life, defending their dignity!
|| Painting (c) Priyanka Raman ||
I was born and brought up here.
But it has never been so difficult to survive.
It’s not about the price hike,
not about climate change,
neither it’s about the religious riots
nor the political fights.
.
It is the woman disgrace,
.
You call it
eve teasing,
Perhaps, I call it
"The national shame!"
I want it to be CLEAR and LOUD to know your views on everything you know about this, about what you feel,or even about whatever you have experienced!
Until we don’t talk about it freely, we wont be able to know what’s behind the insane scene and sinning mind.
  • YES ! when we talk about it, some people will also think we are only making too much fuss about the issue.
  • Perhaps, then let’s first agree on the basic, this is definitely an issue and this is an absolute shame!
From minor unnecessary flirting, to sudden wink, to utter brushing shoulder, to deep staring the body parts, to the passing of unwanted comments
  • Just say CLEAR and LOUD about everything!
I have below mentioned few points to keep in mind and try following them to prevent molestation/ eve teasing :
  • Under any circumstances never travel in a crowded bus. Better wait for the next bus and proper seat.
  • If traveling in the local train, then prefer the ladies compartment.
  • Try to avoid cab and auto rickshaw late night. Never share your auto rickshaw with any person even if the driver insists.
  • Always be aware of the new place, keep yourself updated with some perfect info of the place if you are new to the city. This shall boost some confidence in you. And any driver or person cannot fool you around, taking advantage of your situation. Carry a map and be well read.
  • Never stand alone on the street, try to be accompanied with some other girl.
  • The moment someone tries to bug you on the street try shouting loudly to attract the crowd. The insane people trying to tease are actually very scared of being publicly acknowledged with their acts. So bring on spot light on them.
  • While walking on the road try to be at extreme side far from the road. Walk on the foot path, to avoid any nuisance or disgrace act by some cyclist or biker.
  • Carry your Mobile every time you step outside. Also keep the speed dialing number of some of your close one to take Help from.
YOU might be having some more and other guidelines which can prevent or actually help in avoiding eve teasing and molestation incidents, please do share with us in the comment section. Let's educate each other.. Be alert !
Note:
I heartily thanks Priyanka for allowing me to have this wonderful and apt painting in this post. I'm so glad to add her name too; in my talented contribution list of the blog :)
My style - Fried Rice
Winter waves have already begun in all parts of the country.
Eat hot spicy food to overcome the winter blues. And I’m right here with my own way using the left over rice.
Rice mixed with numerous colorful vegetables and flavored with the spices, is a great amalgamation to enrich the multiple flavors and is an energy booster. Adding lots of vegetables to add fibre and to stay satisfied with healthier food.
You might just like to add the butter over the hot rice oozing out making it even yummier!
It's indeed a perfect in winter’s recipe!
So don’t be bored or suffer from the grey clouds or the lack of light in this winter, pick your own basket of favorite flavors of the vegetables, give a burst of energy and zing on your own to cook this very easy recipe.
Enjoy! This fried rice is delightfully delicious, will warm you up in winters.
One Moment of Undefined Relationship
Consider here, U as YOU (the Reader) and other as your friend could be girl, boy, stranger, family member anyone according to the situation and circumstance.
One moment of UNDEFINED relationship
Photo(c) Sameer
Can YOU see in the above picture, a slight face facing left side on the surface of the water created naturally with the falsh of light from the sky?
Consider this (1)
You and your friend together on the crowed street, chatting non-stop on varied topics.
Suddenly, you notice something or somebody on the street, grabbing your attention for a minor second of your breath. Same time, your friend is also talking with you. However, you look at your friend and surprisingly find that your friend also looks at you. Looking each other for a second at the same time, simultaneously dropping your talk, you both together laughs and moves on.
What do you call this? Think about it…may be Co-incident.
Consider this (2)
You busy and you friend busy at the work staying at the distance. The distance is probably in miles. And in some common moment, you think of your friend, casually or intentionally but expecting nothing.
Suddenly, you notice your phone rang, SMS or just a certain mail for you from your friend, bringing you in an awe moment.
What do you call this? ummm…Strong feelings..?!
Consider this (3)
You are sitting alone in the restaurant in a Mall, looking outside a window noticing a girl in pink dress, grabbing your intention far away from your place. In the mean time, you get busy in sipping your coffee. Suddenly, you notice the same girl sitting next to your table capturing a slight glimpse where she was actually perceiving you from the side of the menu-card.
What do you call this? ...May be vibes!
Consider this (4)
You and your friend are watching, the T.V. or movie together. At certain point you get reminded if something and instantly you share the same thought with your friend. And the reply back comes from your friend is “you read my thoughts, and said what I exactly wanted to say in the first place right then”.
What do you call this?
Consider this (5)
You made call to some of your friend.Both of you talked and continued to talk over many things,sharing thoughts. However, you knew and only you knew that you made a call only with an intention to know about something or somebody. You wanted to ask but you could not so continued to talk and merge with the sharing thoughts, leaving a hope to ask.
However, you suddenly noticed your friend actually talking of the same thing that you wanted to ask and made that an intentional call to your friend.You get your info and had a chat with your friend all together.
What do you call this?
Consider this (6)
You went in a huge party. As many glasses and as many people around you. Perhaps, in that crowd you notice that particular someone at the corner. There was nobody who could introduce you with that someone and party gets over. You move one in your life and decide not to talk about that someone with anybody, perhaps that appeal of the moment was as fresh as ever with you. After months or ages, the table turns and you find that same someone across you through some of your friend.
What do you call this?
Consider this (7)
I was wandering in the mall and noticed a beautiful red shirt and wished, if I could buy it. I waited and stared at that dress. And then went back at hostel. I told no one about my desire to have that shirt, until next day I found my roommate gifting me that same red dress.
Surprised to see a dress, it was neither my birthday nor any special occasion but she brought that dress because she thought it would look great on me and she gifted it me, making my moment special.
That moment so special.
What do you call this?
Consider this (8)
It was normal routine day. You came back home and had a good sleep at night. When you slept you saw many dreams, but what you remember the latest just before waking up was your mom in your dreams. You wake up hearing the phone. Astonishingly, it’s your mom’s name calling you.
What do you call this?
Consider this (9)
I was in the gift’s shop and found a beautiful birthday greeting-card.It was the perfect greeting for my friend, whose birthday was then after a month. I decided to buy that greeting-card latter and went away.
Days passed and next day was my friend’s birthday.
I with my other friend went to the same shop to buy to buy some gift.
He said that even he had seen some interesting greeting card to gift.
So we decided to go alone different sides and search our own favorite cards. I searched hard and could not find it. No wonder, one month is a long time to sell. My friend, who came with me, suddenly brought a greeting card that he liked, asking my opinion.
I got shocked; to see it was the same greeting I had seen a month ago and now in his hand. I told him that it was the same greeting I was searching minutes ago and had seen it a month ago here in this same shop.
But the story was still incomplete without his part. He saw me in awe and said, “Are you kidding!”
Nothing to joke about that’s the fact, you believe or not. But what surprised me was what he said that,
“Even he had noticed this greeting few weeks ago and felt to buy but didn’t buy, same as my case”
Amazingly that same greeting was seen by two different people at different time but having a same thought. To not buy then until our friend’s birthday arrives. The extreme coincidence happened when we both got to know that the greeting card’s receiver was that our same common friend!
What do you call this?
  • ~Thinking over:
I’m not sure, whether in such particular moments the other person is aware of the intentions and thought of the person. But I’m pretty sure that there is something that’ sync, zing and spark simultaneously acting.
It’s amazing that we have words for everything, yet it’s sometimes difficult to define.
Like if the thing that happened according to your wish and desire, we call it willpower.
And if the thing that happened, about which we had not thought about it, we call it destiny.
Some could accept it as a great theory of telepathy and yet some could call it as a vibes, the wavelengths matching, and sixth sense and so on. There is always sheer wild instinct, holds, sustains, attracts, will power , motivates, circulating to the circumstances, destiny, fate, luck, fortune, divine power, immortal, circumstance, intuition, consequence, indication, purpose, reclaim, which falls to one, by chance or without his planning.
There are many such miraculous words defining the memorable moment, yet these words cannot define them the best.
I’m still not sure with such strong co-incidence of the situations in my life that takes place, perhaps...
  • ~Mull over this:
A slight unsure is always a first sight of being sure and ignorance together.
You are always 100 percent sure but only 10 percent not sure still you regard yourself as being unsure and ignore the rest!
The wonderful part is that this suspicious ten percent shall always lie in our life to create the situations of probability and possibility, incidence and co-incidence.
And that one moment or one person at that moment makes a difference in life!
  • ~ Reflect on this: purpose in inclination
When we go to college or school, we are open to all people to be friend with. We don’t decide with whom we want to be friends and with not to be. Whether my friend is going to be talented or smart, dumb, or short or fat! We meet everyone and greet everyone.
However, at the end of the day, we become friends with the one with whom we had some slender or most of similarities with.
So at the most the reason can be considered is the likeness between the two people.
  • The similarities if counted could be only two or could be ten in number.
  • Perhaps, one cannot forget or ignore the fact that there is a huge list of dissimilarities too between any two people.
  • Counter parting the above statement is, however the enormous list of dissimilarities be between the two, it’s the real similarities even if it is only the two that acts as the deciding factors in bringing their togetherness.
Similarity refers to how closely attitudes, values, interests and personality match between people. Research has consistently shown that similarity leads to interpersonal attraction. Interpersonal attraction is related to how much we like, love, dislike, or hate someone. Perhaps, similarity seems to carry considerable weight in initial attraction between the two as it reduces the risk of conflicts. The similarities between the two people bring them together contributing the relationship satisfacton.
..Both
principles statethat
friendly
people
would preferfriendly
people:)
However, the hypothesis of Similarity is responsible for bring two together but after bringing them together, it the principle of Complementary that sustains the two people together for longer time.
It is the way when we respect other's way of doing things. We consider others views resonable. Also at the same time not forgetting to learn to improve and not feel bad to have criticized over the thing.
Complementary however, allows us to maintain our preferred style of behavior. The theory of Complementary assumes importance as the relationship develops over time.
It’s a step ahead that explains whether "birds of a feather flock together" or "Opposites Attracts".
Read more on complementary theory from the link..
~me and my hubby-Opposite Attracts
Principles of similarity and complementarity’s seem to be contradictory on the surface. But the fact lies both theories agree on the dimension of warmth shared!
When I was awestruck, wondering about the principle of similarity and complementary. I was fascinated with the fact that slight parallel line between other’s blog made one feel like reading it with interest.
But until one does not develop an attitude towards the enjoying of different-dissimilar aspect of each other’s writing and presenting skills, one cannot sustain reading that blog which one liked in prior phase.
  • ~ Be Concerned about:
I might not be able to conclude this post with certain specific result or outcome; perhaps, after so much of studies and researches it is a fact that
  • ~ there are few things still not been explained by nature, perhaps in a life or whole day there are certain specific humble moments which are classic in spirit,
  • ~ perhaps sometimes yet just sometimes one know that is the One and "This is IT"(Michael Jackson last linear line)and
  • ~ perhaps sometimes we need to believe that there are relationships which does not have a name to define them, yet those bonds and connections are too special and content!
How can I ignore the fact that how you, my readers whom I like to believe not know me much and vise a versa, flock at my blog post and placed their prayers, best wishes for the well being of my dear friend present my pervious post, All in the day's work!
Not bothering to know who she is and what made her suffer...the best wishes just got poured in from everyone, stimulating the very basic common string between us through Humanity! In a way intertwining all the miraculous words with compassion and civilization!
  • Your views and counterparts are most welcome!
Contemplation:
And while I’m trying to wind up the post, I like to share one of my favorite quote from the popular book "The Alchemist" written by Paulo Coelho.
"If one really wants to fulfill his/her Personal Legend, the whole universe will conspire to help make it happen"…
I’m glad that I desired something while writing my previous post not challenging to happen exactly but the coarse of will was so desperately distinct that it happened more than exactly how I had perceive it.
~ I owe my heartily big thanks to all my Readers for wishing the best for my dear friend!
~ I have recognized my readers intensity and shall seize there importance throughout my journey of best times in life
~ It’s like revealing the goodness of others and experiencing the bliss within!
  • Thanks for being persistence in reading and bearing my longer than long posts.
Note:
  • Heartily thanks to my friend Madhulika and Nupur for clearing my few doubts on this post!
  • And Sameer for sharing this above mentioned miraculous moment of picture.
All in a Day's Work
One of my very close friend, is going through a very rough phase of her life, it is something she have been suffering and trying hard to survive. I’m praying here all day and it’s not just the part of all in a day’s work but its something pure and for someone special.
  • Through this particular post, may I request all my dear readers to pray for my dear friend, that she gets all the strength to stand and face the time bravely !
my Prayer @ rachi creations..
~|| All in a Day's Work - my Prayer||~
I wish that the days come easy but the moments pass slow,
I know you are sad, but this woe shall not last and go,
Remember that I’m here praying all well for you,
And this too shall pass though…
I know you’ll get two roads ahead to choose,
Memorize that when you make up your mind to pick,
Decide this time, the one which leads only the happiness within.
Don’t you despair and leave the hope,
There’s more to see and more to do and more is restored for you.
There’s not far too much, the feeling for healing and power,
The beauty of bliss is what you ought to prefer,
The bliss definitely deserves the beautiful as you are,
I wish you never lose your innocence,
I wish you forever-love to immerse in,
I know you will get it all while you strive,
I know when you’ll keep marching and skipping the undesired;
I know you will find a door on your way knocking at your fortune,
Don’t hesitate to open and embrace the new
Kick off everything and take up the new,
Confirm your strength to cope up the cold and open the door,
Smile and add the warmth to your soul,
Show the world Sweetie! You are worthy of that little bit of…
I know all in a day's work, you will get it entirely in that bit all,
My wish, for you, is that your life becomes the way you want it to be,
More than anything and most of everything, I wish it would be…
Your desires and dreams come true,
I wish, your pain and worry disappears too,
Let me give you a seed of peace from my prayer,
May you plant it deep down inside your heart and take care,
Let it grow firm and huge,
Let it give shade and cure your untold wounds,
This is my pining wish and this is my intense crave,
This is it’s all in a day's work for me to sustain,
And this little moment, humble though they may be,
I shall pray for you everyday and every split second ticking,
Yearning the mighty ages of happiness and love for you,
Winding the menace, crushing the stress,
This anxious endless round shall also have an end,
Time is rolling high, blinking the joyous instincts,
Your pursuit of infinite answers shall cease,
You will witness the spark, the faith beyond and within,
You will flutter and flaunt as ever,
Persuaded blushing in pleasure forever,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
You never need to hold in back again, no matter what others told,
I want you to be hopeful and believe this insight,
This is my wish and this is my Prayer,
Between I hope you know somebody loves you here,
Remember that all in the day’s work…
I’m here praying all well for you!
That this too shall pass soon…
Right Here Right Now - Red Ribbon
Note: 55 Fictions is precise form of micro-fiction that refers to the works of fiction limited to a maximum of fifty-five words.
This 55 fiction present below is an effort to pay some respect, love, support and care to the people who definitely deserve it.
She chuckled,
I am living,
I want to live,
and
I might even live
longer than you.
Her lively poise reflected.
Unfortunately, her charisma is not witnessed by her parents,
she lost them in her childhood.
With care and support she evolved
as true transformation of power from pain.
Nevertheless,
she battles fiercely with AIDS.
 ~ || Right Here and Right Now - Lets Battle against AIDS ||~
RED-RIBBON is the symbol of solidarity of people living with HIV/AIDS
AIDS stands for : Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
AIDS is a medical condition where a person is diagnosed with AIDS when their immune system is too weak for him to fight off infections.
  • Difference between HIV and AIDS:
~ HIV is a virus that attacks the body's immune system - the body's defense against diseases. If left untreated, HIV eventually weakens the immune system so much that the person falls sick with infections known as opportunistic infections.
~ The most serious of these opportunistic infections are called AIDS defining illnesses. When the person becomes ill with one of the AIDS defining illnesses, she/he is said to have Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
  • Some facts about HIV infection:
  • Here are some very basic facts about HIV infection to remember
  • HIV can be passed on through infected blood, semen, vaginal fluids or breast milk.
  • The virus is transmitted by sexual contact with an infected person.
  • The virus is transmitted by using infected syringes and needles and is also transmitted through infected blood and blood products.
  • You cannot be infected with the virus through casual contact like shaking hands.
  • People suffering with any sexually transmitted disease/s are more susceptible to contract the virus.
  • Symptoms may or may not appear within 3 - 6 months or could only appear later and could take a decade or more to manifest. This is what makes management of Aids difficult, since the incubation time of symptoms vary from person to person and also depends on the general health and immune system of the person.
  • Affected people can presently not be cured, yet many treatments are available to assist the infected person's immune system.
  • Condoms are not a perfect barrier or a 100% guarantee, yet they do offer some form of protection, and it is generally held that it is best to use a condom.
  • Can HIV be cured ?
At this time, there is no cure or vaccination that can prevent or cure HIV infection, though a lot of research is being done for a vaccine. Nevertheless, timely diagnoses and treatment can keep the virus under control and the immune system healthy.
People on HIV treatment can live a healthy, active life, although they may experience side effects from the treatment.
World AIDS Day, is observed December 1 each year, not as a celebration but as a sincere dedication to raise awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection.
  • History:
World AIDS Day was first conceived in August 1987 by James W. Bunn and Thomas Netter, two public information officers for the Global Programme on AIDS at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. They took their idea to Dr. Jonathan Mann, Director of the Global Programme on AIDS (now known as UNAIDS). Dr. Mann liked the concept, approved it, and agreed with the recommendation that the first observance of World AIDS Day should be 1 December, 1988. In 2004, the World AIDS Campaign became an independent organization.
  • Choosing the theme:
Each year's World AIDS Day theme is chosen by the World AIDS Campaign's Global Steering Committee after extensive consultation with people, organizations and government agencies involved in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS. For each World AIDS Day from 2005 through 2010, the theme will be "Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise.” with a yearly sub-theme.
  • AIDS 2010 Theme : Rights Here, Right Now
It emphasises protecting and promoting human rights. Also emphasises all to incorporate in this urgent demand for action promoting human rights. Rights Here, Right Now is a call for leadership, accountability and action. It also underscores this critical moment in time for the global epidemic – with the 2010 deadline that world leaders set for providing universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support on the immediate horizon, right Here, right Now!
..wear a
 Red ribbon
as a symbol
of your support for everyone  affected by HIV  and to raise awareness...
Find out facts about HIV and talk to your friends, family and colleagues about HIV- make sure they know the reality, not the myths.
Know your HIV status: get tested if you have put yourself at risk. Talk to all new sexual partners about using condoms.
Using a condom during sex is the best way to protect yourself and your partner from HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
If someone tells you they are HIV positive, treat them with respect and don’t tell others without their agreement.
Understand, the HIV infected people are living with two pains simultaneously. One a pain of the disease and other of the disrespect or discrimination been done. Both are absolutely wrong gesture simply not acceptable. Try raising voice against such behaviors towards affected people. Contribute in sharing the thought and spreading the awareness about HIV/AIDS.
Note: Today flagged off the AIDS awareness train that take more information about the disease to 10,000 villages in 141 districts across the country and will also provide on-board counselling. The Red Ribbon Express will halt at 152 stations in high prevalence areas and disseminate information about the disease among the masses and try to unite people by dispelling existing misconceptions during its year-long journey[...]
